“Great service! Would stay again in a heartbeat!”

This hotel is nestled within a nice neighborhood, but still only a 5-10 minute walk to a wide range of restaurants. It's a family business (either the father or son was manning the front desk during our stay). The rooms are huge and clean (most of the materials seem brand new!). And the service is wonderful! I had to attend a conference 2 miles away, and the owner even dropped me off so I didn't need to call a cab! I would highly recommend this hotel!

“Blissfully Convenient”

Nice, big, clean, comfortable suites. The location is pretty nice as well. It's 20 minutes from Boston, The staff was very nice and professional.

“Great for the Boston Marathon”

I stayed at this hotel before the Boston marathon with my boyfriend. I booked late and missed out on the ones in the city near public transportation, so I randomly chose this one because I wanted a kitchen to cook my own pre-race dinner and the price was reasonable. The place ended up being fantastic and a pleasant surprise. The desk clerk offered us water when we checked in and helped us track down a Subway for lunch. They even provided me with a big trash bag which came in very handy while waiting in the cold wind before the start of the race. The room was great and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great pasta. As for travel to the shuttle buses in the morning, we left a little before 6am and had almost no traffic and had no problems getting right up close to the Common. He dropped me off by 6:20 and I was in line for the bus plenty early. I highly recommend this option if you have someone who can drop you off in the morning!

“Less like a chain hotel, more like a European "pension."”

What a gem! What a find! Tucked (quirkily) into a residential area of Waltham, this was the perfect place to stay during a recent business trip. Highly recommended for anyone needing accommodations west of Boston proper, but convenient enough for Boston tourists (if you have a car). I stayed in a suite of rooms with a window facing the Charles river out back for a lovely view. A full kitchen was a real convenience. Morning espresso and cappucino served in the common dining room was a thoughtful touch. Charming, clean, modern with a friendly staff. A definite upgrade from similarly priced, charm-free chain hotels along Route 128.

“Hidden gem in Waltham”

This hotel is located in an older, charming part of Waltham along a river accessible by path. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel because of its cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, quaint location, and decent breakfast. They even offered a good cappacino at breakfast - only downside was that the breakfast area was a bit tight. Overall, the hotel captures the better parts of a European hotel while also incorporating the comfortable beds and spaciousness that are standard in better hotels in the US.

“New suite hotel in Waltham”

This hotel is new and very convenient for Waltham businesses. The rooms are big, quiet, clean and well equipped. The free breakfast was more than adequate.

Area recommendations

If you like microbrews, visit the Watch City brewery/pub. It's only a 15 minute walk and well worth the effort.

“Comfortable Stay in Waltham”

Away from the highway and downtown Boston, walking distance to many good restaurants, short driving distance to even more. Very friendly service, large rooms with complete kitchens. Only complaint is noisy fridge. Not fancy, but not pretentious either.
