VERY much like being at HOME!!!Posted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: All its extras- kitchen, bathtube and convenience... the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Not much, staff was okay and as expected for a family business...
Location: Plenty of fast foods, local restaurants, and not far from the Boston city highlights.
My son attends a local college there... so far from our home, so we planned a Thanksgiving for him there, where we could bring the thanksgiving feeling of home to him. It went great, not only was there all the utensils we needed, but we enjoyed our traditional Macy Day Parade and Movie while eating, laughing and just being 'family'... Thank you Crescent Suite Hotel Management for making our stay the best!! T.W.A.

Warm, welcoming, and lots of space.Posted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: The staff, the size of the rooms, and the value. Plentiful safe parking on site.
Location: Downtown Waltham is close by and a short drive to Boston. The location is a little off the beaten path but don't be deterrred.
The rooms were large and comfortable with a full kitchen. The staff was simply awesome. Everyone from the owner to desk staff, cook, and hospitality were extremely pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make certain that our stay was comfortable and accommodated special requests. Great breakfast included each morning also!

Great stayPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: The hotel was clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The staff were always helpful and informative.
Cons: The bread products at breakfast were left in a serving cabinet which did not work well with these products as they became cold after toasting.
Location: The hotel is situated within a residential area with a garage very close by, this did not have any negative impact on the hotel or our stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the guy on reception was very friendly and welcoming, check in was very smooth and we found our rooms to be extremely clean and had all the utensils any one might need.

Just outside Boston at Charles RiverPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: Space in the room (with kitchen), but first of all the friendly staff
Cons: nothing to complain
Location: 1/2 hour outside of Boston City Center by car. Near Charles River and nice to walk and jogging around.
Comfortable, clean room with lot of space. Rich complementary breakfast and excellent coffee. Free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice people.
hidden gem!Posted Sep 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Small individually owned hotel. Friendly and welcoming. Great service, clean, free parking and free breakfast which was really great! Big hotels can't compete with this hidden gem.

Close to the T, 3mi drive. Staff extremely nicePosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Close to the T to Boston
Cons: Parking was limited. We got last spot coming in late, others weren't so lucky
Location: Location is deceiving. First glance at the hotel from the outside is dissapointing, but what is inside is what matters, and this was true for this.
Breakfast is a feast, and staff works hard to please. Room was comfortable and VERY clean, instant hot water, plenty of towels. Very quiet.

Brandeis drop-offPosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was the only hotel I could get reservations for at the last minute and am I glad. The people are friendly and helpful. The latte that we got when we checked in was great and after the long flight from Dallas really appreciated. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the college, the town, restaurants, shops, everything you want in Waltham. We will stay here again when I come back in October!

A Wonderful Experience!Posted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: The hominess, and caring attitude of the staff.
Cons: A one bedroom suite should not be advertised as a two bedroom suite.
Location: There are many restaurants nearby on Moody street and downtown Boston is 15 - 20 minutes away by car.
This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in and I've traveled quite a bit. My husband, son, and I rented the two bedroom suite. We were under the impression that it had two separate bedrooms, but it was actually a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the living room. I suggest they not call it a two bedroom suite. However, the staff very helpful and pleasant. They make every effort to make guests feel wanted and at home - from the home cooked breakfast each morning, to providing cappuccino and snacks throughout the day. The hotel has a European feel and indeed we encountered people from all over the world during our 5 day stay. Everyone, including the guests, seemed very comfortable and happy. The appointments in the rooms were new, modern and obviously picked by someone with a eye for quality. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the Boston area!
