Excellent

We chose to stay in Waltham to avoid the Boston traffic and it was a great idea. The staff gave me guidance to get to the train (I took a taxi to the Riverside station for $10.50). One of the best vacations ever, stress free. Rooms were great, clean and fresh with a kitchenette.

Cozy & Sweet

Posted Sep 25, 2014
The hotel was was very cozy. There was ample parking, the front desk staff was extermely nice. The room was huge - had a full kitchen, dining area/living room, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was included which was also good. The reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 was due to the price & location. As lovely as it was, the cost was as high and was not near anything major.

Lovely stay!

Pros: Clean, well maintained, full kitchen facilities, wonderful friendly staff and owners, beautiful river walk behind the hotel
Location: close to Boston, lots of historical sites to see, beautiful scenery, across the Charles River from Brandeis University, shopping, restaurants
My son and I had a lovely stay at the Crescent Suites hotel. We stayed two nights before he moved into a local university and it was perfect for our needs. There was a misunderstanding which led to there not being a room with a sleeper sofa available when we arrived, but the owner graciously gave us a cot at no extra cost to our bill. The suite had a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full sized oven and stove. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Pros: Location
Cons: Check in staff
Location: Close to Newton
Not bad with the charges on my credit card. Contrary to what hotel staff stated.

Best buffet breakfast

Posted Jun 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Compared to the standard hotel buffet breakfasts, Crescent Suites breakfast was great. Eggs made to order, freshly made potatoes. Room was large and comfy. Freeway access was on surface streets through neighborhoods.

Comfy beds

The beds were very comfortable....We only stayed 1 night. We didn't get to enjoy the room to it's fullest. Would stay there again for sure and longer!
