Nice hotel close to Boston.

Posted Sep 13, 2014
This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and spacious and very reasonably priced. It is just 20 minutes outside of Boston without the outrageous price of a Boston hotel that generally charge up to $40 additional for parking. Parking at Embassy was free. Included a great breakfast with a ton of choices. The staff was not all that friendly which was disappointing. At check out the gentleman who checked us out was pretty unfriendly as if we were bothering him. He didn't even ask us how our stay was or even said thank you. All in all the hotel itself was great and I would stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights while checking out Boston, got the room for 89, no idea how yet but worth $ 300 in my mind but hey not complaining. Everything was great, staff very friendly, breakfast was awesome with made to order omelettes.

Awesome establishment.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The only thing that I would change is the length of time it took to have the charge on my credit card removed.
Location: It is located outside of Boston. Just a short drive into the city.
This was one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Spotless from head to toe. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. I will stay here every time I am in the Boston area.

Very good hotel close to Boston

Excellent staff , restaurant food very good including an extensive breakfast buffet , good workout room , indoor pool and jacuzzi in this clean hotel featuring a good size suite with 1 television in each room . Only drawback was a noisy air conditioning system where we had to close the bedroom door to mute the annoyance

Hotel located convenience to the highway.

Pros: A dividing living room with a fold out sofa added a great value to my trip. Its like having 2 bedroom suite and not paying for 2 seperate rooms.
Cons: Nothing I can think about.
Location: Near downtown Boston where I need to attend a wedding on this trip.
Arriving late and after checked in, stop be the bar 30 minutes before closing. Great service and have a fun chat with the bartender. Next morning had the complimentary cook to order egg omelette. A great way to start my day. The check-in and check-out staffs are friendly.

Feels like we stepped up

Pros: The guest reception, breakfast, and the 2 TVs
Cons: the bed was too soft for me
Location: choice of hotel was due to proximity to Boston and BJ Wholesale club
We go to Boston a lot to do the move-in/move-out/ visit days. This is the first time we went to an Embassy Suite with the family. Looking at the main area and seeing the guest reception my daughter asks 'how much did you pay for this?' She thinks we paid a lot more than usual. I spent more than usual but not that much more. Everything seem upscale, the 2 room suite, that reception, a larger than expected health club, the indoor pool, and the breakfast with an omelet chef. I'm sure the family will ask to go back when we do the end of semester visit.

Close to Boston

Pros: Everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious. and omelets The pool and hot tub was delightful. Everything in the hotel was immaculate.
Cons: Fans in the bathrooms. They get pretty steamy, but a very small inconvenience.
Location: Great location to Boston. I met my brother and his wife there, he being from New York and my husband and I from NH and we took one car to Boston.
We stayed at the Embassy suites in Waltham, Massachusetts. I had booked tickets to see the Gaither Vocal Group in Boston. There was a computer room to look up and print directions to any place you needed to go. Also, Lauren at the front desk, when we asked if she knew how to get to Quincy Market, she printed the directions for us. The radio in the alarm clock didn't work and someone came up and replaced it. Everyone on staff was very helpful and pleasant.
