Conveniently located to Mass General West, it was perfectly located for early morning appointment. Easy to find and right off the highway. Room was large and comfortable.

Repeat guest: Best hotel for the value in the area

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Price, spacious rooms, cleanliness, service, free breakfasts, and convenience.
This was our second stay at the hotel while we visited family. Often the second visit isn't as good as the first but our second stay was as great as the first. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed and very clean. Our granddaughter visited for one night and had her own room and, at 7, she thought she was a princess! The breakfasts are really the best in the area too!

Home away from home!

Pros: Clean rooms, huge rooms with lots of space to sit down, relax and work.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Easy accessible from major roads.
The hotel is easily accessible and the rooms are huge with loads of comfort and amenities. Perfect for business or pleasure and definitely a hotel that I will return too. The entire suite was very clean and the fitness center allowed for great workouts.

Great access to the hotel

Overall our experience was ok, personnel can improve on their customer service skills. They were not inviting and happy when I had to talk to them.

Overnight night out

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: extra siting room. Girls watched TV in that room and we were able to close the door to the bedrooms and not be disturbed. Location off I-95
Cons: Seems picky but beds a little too soft.
Location: Really nothing walking distance but short drive to COSTCO. Important to college parents who want to stock up for the kids.
We are College parents and do a couple of trips to Boston every year. We don't don't stay in Boston due to prices and parking. This is the second time we went to Embassy Waltham and my daughter, knowing what places we stayed in the past, asked again "how much does this cost?" We feel that besides just an overnight stay we treat ourselves - pool, small gym, free breakfast (made to order omletes) and afternoon reception, not to mention the extra sitting room. One thing though the afternoon snacks ruins our appetite for dinner then we have to eat later that usual. Bottom line the girls enjoy the place and we would come again.
