Nice place to stay for a quick trip to BostonPosted Mar 27, 2015
For a quick trip in and out of Boston with kids, this place was great. The suite rooms allow the kids to sleep on the fold-out bed and the adults to have a separate bedroom. Separate TV in each room is good too. The free snacks at happy hour kept the kids from freaking out due to hunger after a long drive. The decor in the lobby is appealing, rooms are good sized especially for Boston - one of the perks of staying outside the downtown area is that the hotels are more modern, and have larger rooms and more amenities, like indoor pools, bathtubs in the rooms, and free parking. My wife liked the hair and skin products in the bathroom, which is unusual. The free breakfast was exceptionally good - not limited to pre-cooked stuff and cold cereal, you can order your eggs however you like, and they were very tasty. Coffee was decent too. Also, this place is very easy to reach, right off a major highway, and you can be downtown in 30 minutes (assuming you avoid rush hour traffic). The only negatives were that we could hear the conversation of the people in the next room quite clearly, the blanket for the fold-out bed was scratchy and plasticy-feeling, and the thermostat in the room didn't seem to respond well - we kept turning it up but were still a little chilly at night. Overall, though, a very pleasant place especially at this price.

Everythings were awesome. Clean and spacious room. Especially, its breakfast was fantastic. The only cons is that no free internet access in the room.

Nice hotel, pity about check-in staff.Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was great.
Cons: Front desk staff need to to find another career as they weren't able to complete their primary role adequately.
Everything about this hotel impressed me except the check-in staff. When I got there after a 3 hour drive, I stood there and waited while 5 people behind the desks (1 was busy checking someone in) ignored me. I had a bunch of stuff with me and just wanted to get to the room however the staff did their best to chit-chat and not check me in. In the end, the guy who was busy checking another guest in assisted me.

wonderful with kidsPosted Mar 18, 2015
we absolutely love this hotel. for the price on expedia, it's unbelievable to get to stay in a suite with 2 full beds in one room, and a couch, kitchenette, table, and television in the other. it feels like a home. and the pool and hot tub are perfect temperatures, and in winter, we were swimming and looking out at the snow. the happy hour is veggies and dips, plus various chips and snacks, but for us, it actually filled us up to we just had a couple snacks back in the room later while we played games and called that dinner. the breakfast is huge and includes a made-to-order omlette. this is an incredible deal! we absolutely LOVE staying here, and even though we only live one town over, we come once in a while just to have a total sense of being on vacation right in the middle of an ordinary week. since they weren't fully booked they allowed us to do early check-in at 11am so we had the whole day there playing in the pool and hanging out. very relaxing and the kids felt like it was a second home...

Nice hotel at a nice pricePosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: I liked that it was a suite hotel
Cons: Check in was a bit rough, but some some additional training would remedy that.
Location: Easy access to the highways and 30 min from downtown Boston.
This was a nice hotel with two rooms, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.

Great room; wonderful custom made breakfast!Posted Mar 18, 2015
Had a great king bed suite almost the size of 2 regular hotel rooms! Everything was spotless. The only negative was that the couch in the living area was a sofa bed which is great if you needed the bed but not as comfy if you just needed it to be a couch. They do have great free snacks at night and the best breakfast with custom made omelets. Just wish they had free wifi...

Close to Boston & indoor pool for kidsPosted Mar 18, 2015
Great staff, accommodated us with an early check in (usually at 3p, but they hustled to get us in after lunch so my 1&3 yo could take their usual naps). The indoor pool scored big with my kids and the complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour were a hit with the adults. Definitely would visit again.
