Hotel with a pool and shuttle to the city.

Staff friendly and attentive. Let us know what is available to us as guest. He showed us where things were at and gave an overview of what was available to us.There was a shuttle and specific times and places that you dropped off in Boston and picked up. Abdou, Gabe ,Stephen and other staff were great. I cannot remember the other people's name. Sorry. Overall great experience. Thank you for help make it our home away from home.

Very pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

Pros: The small suite feel of the rooms.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: It was convenient to the highway and other things like restaurants and shopping.
From the moment I was checked in by Abdou at the front desk, to the time i checked out, I was pleased with this facility. The room had a very comfortable queen bed, and a full closet. In the kitchen area was a decent sized refrigerator, a micro and a stove top and a small dishwasher. Between the rooms was a table that could be used as either a kitchen table or a work desk. The decor was simple but comfortable, with a nice sitting area with a couch and coffee table. If you have to stay somewhere for more than a couple of days, these amenities can make it a bit more palatable.

A Clean, Comfortable Stay

Cons: The food selection was sparse--even for a continental breakfast.
Location: There isn't a restaurant on-premises. However, the Copperhouse Tavern across the highway at the Best Western has great food at a reasonable price.
The Extended Stay America offered the best rate I could find in Waltham for the week. And I was actually glad I stayed there. I don't need a fancy hotel when I'm on a business trip. My two big requirements are cleanliness and comfort, and my room met both criteria. The furnishings, fixtures, and decor are very basic, but they are functional. And I actually like the fact that there isn't daily housekeeping service (once a week if it truly is an extended stay). The room has a small kitchen with a full-size fridge and a small stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and cookware aren't included by default, but you can request them if you do plan on cooking/eating in.

Pleasant place to sleep. Not really any amenities to use so this place is best for people who already have plans during the day but want a comfortable quiet place to sleep.

The hotel was in a good area rite off the highway. I liked the hotel it wasn't what I was expecting, deff clean and nice. Room wasn't bad either good size for what i paid. Only downside about the hotel I really didn't care for was I could hear pets in other rooms and smell the stench from the "smoking-rooms". Besides that I would most likely go back and stay at another one for sure.
