“Surprisingly nice”

I picked this hotel purely for the combination of price and location. Much to my surprise it was a very pleasant hotel. The room and service were on a par with hotels costing 50% more nearby.

“Comfortable, clean and quiet”

Convenient to I-95, reasonably priced for the area. The hotel was quiet and clean. The size of the room was nice, with a sitting area and adequately sized desk. Great for the business traveler.

“Great Place!”

Great place. Loved the room layout, the kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa, friendly staff, coffee and muffins. And the room rate was one of the lowest. We'll be back.

“Very simple, but good for an overnight stay and located well for Waltham”

Room was spacious and clean, if not luxurious. Desk services was friendly and useful. Breakfast was crappy, could have at least used some Orange Juice to complement the coffee and bagels. Overall, great for my 1-night stay for business, and located in a good spot for getting around Waltham for meetings. Cheap internet ($5 for wireless the full stay) was really nice too.
