Great stay!

Pros: The room and breakfast
Cons: The layout of the bathroom is a little odd and the bathroom light is on the outside of the bathroom.
Location: Quiet area. A few hotels very close by. Naked fish is a restaurant walking distance it was very good. Boston is only 25 mins away.
This hotel is great! Rooms were so nice, bed was comfy as well as pillows. Breakfast was surprisingly good!! They have an awesome pancake machine. Staff was also super accommodating they let us check in early and recommended a great restaurant. We went to this hotel because VOWS bridal store is only 15 mins away.

Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Pros: Clean room. Breakfast. Coffee all day. Near Boston.
Cons: A pool would be nice!
Location: It was close to where we needed to be.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast ladies (Maria and I can't remember the other lady's name) were very accommodating to not only me but the other hotel guests. Very warm and welcoming.

Concierge at front desk gave us bad advice on which T station to park and ride at. Definitely go to Riverside, NOT Newton. the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We had some trouble turning the tv on at first and our fridge stopped working in the middle of the night, but these were minor hiccups and didn't take away from the overall experience. The continental breakfast and free parking were what sold it for us. Oh and the price was great too!

Pros: Location, free breakfast and comfortable
Cons: Room smelled like smoke...really need to clean that up!
The room was comfortable and pretty clean but smelled a bit like smoke...free breakfast was good, convenient location. A little pricey for what it is but not a bad experience.

Great for Short Stay

I was traveling from NH to see friends in Boston and this was a convenient place right off of 128/95. This isn't a luxurious hotel, but it isn't designed to be. The walls are a bit thin, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was good (with plenty of coffee!) and the free wifi was fast--which was important because even though this wasn't a business trip, I had to attend a webinar and get some work done.

Didn't actually get to stay in my room

Pros: The price, free parking, proximity to Boston and complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Let me stay in your hotel next time
My wife and I drove down to Boston for the day and called the hotel on the way to confirm our appointment and let them know that we would be doing a late check in. Upon our arrival, we were informed that our room was unavailable because of a problem with the shower and all of the other rooms were booked. The hotel gets more than 1 star for me because they didn't leave me high and dry as they set up a room for me at a hotel across the street that was actually more expensive than theirs at no higher rate but failed to mention that the other hotel didn't have a complimentary breakfast which is one of the reasons I booked to Holiday Inn in the first place. I would stay there again as they were polite and accommodating but am a little upset that the breakfast was overlooked.

Never again!

It is an average room, not to shabby but in need of new linens. Clean, but not immaculate. I asked the front desk for a tissue box and she rudely gave me an used tissue box that she had for herself. Needles to say, I did use it. Had to go and buy gallons of water to bathe because there was a water main broken and they didn't know when was the water coming back. I was not given the option of money back to find another hotel. I was not told of the problem when I booked two hours earlier.

Clean and efficient for a business trip

I was very pleased with the holiday inn express here. I hadn't stayed at a holiday inn for many years and was surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. The breakfast had a large variety of options. Although the location is situated in a desolate corporate park, it made total sense for business travel. I will definitely consider staying at another holiday inn express after this experience.
