“parking an issue”

Overall the experience was fine. We were not prepared for the $15/day parking charge - your site (Expedia) says $11. I thought that the price was too high. The hallways were quite noisy in the evenings and in the late (past midnight) hours. You could hear the doors slamming. Even so, it was still one of the better hotels in the immediate area.

“Not the best value”

There were supplemental charges for simple internet access and parking which seemed excessive; this was not a downtown hotel. My particular room was very noisy; preventing sleep until 2:30 AM. The staff was not able to provide me with a satisfactory alternative.

“Great night away”

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed on a Friday night. The service was so friendly, the restaurant staff very accommodating for a 10 year old picky eater. The pool was clean and uncluttered. My daughter could swim while I went in the sauna and tub. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond for us. We had a great night and I am sure we will be returning.

“westin waltham”

Very nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is the walls and doors are paper thin and you can hear people in the adjoining rooms and halls.

“return to newton”

hotel was great. only complaint was no exaust fan in the bathroom. also the pool and jacuzzi area could have been a little cleaner, the greatest was when I called room service for a bathrobe and they called me because the do not disturb sign was on the door and they couldnt knock. I was very inpressed by that.

“LOVE THE WESTIN!!!”

I usually try to stay in Westin's if I can help it....they have always been WONDERFUL, gorgeous hotels with heavenly EVERYTHING!! The duel head shower is awesome, and the beds are always amazingly comfortable. Such polite staff, late check out was no problem. We even moved all the mini bar items around by mistake (not realizing they were monitored by sensors) and they were totally cool with it. Breakfast and Sunday brunch are pricy but great! As always, totally satisfied with everything! WE LOVE YOU WESTIN!!!

“Good place to stay”

It's overall a good hotel. Nice people and clean. However, the sheet on of the beds was torn and secured with a SAFETY PIN. Good thing the pin didn't open up and stab at night. Noticed in the morning.
