The desk associate when we were checking in was very rude and persistent that I only had 1 room and I had 2 room reservations. She continually and adamant that there was only 1 room and I was trying to explain that my card had been charged over $800 and she said you need to find that reservation number in a very intimidating tone. I even ask about my father’s name and she was like nope. I found the reservation on app and finally was checked in. The other trouble was parking, there was construction vehicles, 2 buses, and vehicles with trailers that took up over half the parking spaces. Need some parking for those larger things to not take up all the spaces and there was 5 or 6 Diamond Club spaces and when you factored that with all the other- there just was not a lot of space left.

Terrible staffing who know practically nothing about how to run the desk. They know nothing about the area and the check in and check out process was horrible. Would not recommend staying here.

It is one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed at while traveling. The room is very large and comfortable with 12 ft. ceilings in our room! The bathroom is also very generous with wonderful amenities of built in bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. No tiny bottles to struggle with. We have a nice sitting area with a sofa and coffee table large enough for my husband and I to eat our dinner on. The in room Keurig coffee pot is a plus. We will definitely try to stay here in the future!

The only issue that we had was there was a continuous noise that we think was coming from the pipes in the bathroom. It wasn’t that bad though.

The room was small, but nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the only negative. It as understaffed. empty trays were not refilled I. A very timely matter. The floors in the breakfast area were so dirty we could hear our shoes unsticking as we walked. The trash bins were over flowing and the table tops were not being wiped between guests.

I really enjoyed this hotel! So many channels to choose from on the tv unlike most with satellite channels. Breakfast was also much better than most. I will never go back to syaing at other hotels anymore if I can help it !

Staff was mid, not super friendly but they did suggest a great restaurant across the street that had great food and super quick service. Kids were running and playing in the halls on all floors, waited till almost midnight to call and ask for them to ask them to stop, seemed put off by my request. Room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast was nice.

Not too bad. The hot tub could have been cleaner. Plus the showers needed a little attention as well l! Beds extremely comfortable! Nice room with great TVs. Love the blackout blinds! Would probably stay again

Great breakfast. This hotel had the best lught blocking shades of any hotel I've ever stayed at, they also had a nightlight built into the bathroom, something I think should be standard. The only SLIGHTLY negative was the pool was quite cloudy. The hot tub was wonderful and the kids still enjoyed the pool.

Took a group of youth to the Ark Encounter, it is only about 20 minutes away from the site. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The rooms were very nice, and comfy. Overall a great experience.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, new, safe feeling and enough parking. The bed was very comfortable with 4 large long soft pillows. I most definitely will book this location again. One of my best hotels in a long time. Too many reviews say there are stains in the linens and hair in the bathroom, as well as needing an update. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast with sausage and omelettes, but with very fresh, soft biscuits, cinnamon rolls and yogurt. It was being topped while we ate. Checking was smooth, front desk staff had our Expedia reservation.
