Our room was small but it was definitely cosy for 2 petite ladies. It was quite a walk away from Causeway Bay MTR, so if you're looking for a hotel that is real near the MTR, this shouldn't be one of your choices, unless you wouldn't mind the walk.
WiFi was reliable, cleanliness excellent, :}

Reasonably priced hotel with updated rooms which leave nothing to grumble about. Easy check in and out, staff friendly and easy to deal with. Easy walk to Causeway Bay MRT, not with luggage, but after you settle in you can use the subway to easily move around the city.

Great visit to HK staying in a comfortable hotel in a central location. The best thing was the free use during your stay of a 3G phone with free internet access and free calls to the UK & USA. Brilliant!!!
The standard room is very small with v little wardrobe space but perfect for a single person - if 2 of you stayed I'd say upgrade to a bigger room. That said you're only sleeping there and the room has everything you need - double bed, tv, kettle, shower etc.

"A bit cramped and slow service but not unpleasant"
Despite booking a king bed we were given twin beds. The room was incredibly small but I shouldn't complain as the price was excellent.
Staff at the reception desk are woefully slow and there only seems to be a couple on at a time, despite there being numerous staff who don't appear to be doing much at the concierge area. I'm not entirely certain how it can take someone so long to photocopy a passport but here it seems to be an activity that takes approximately 5 minutes as opposed to a few seconds.
Facilities wise, the room was well appointed with all the usual things though the phone was broken and had to be replaced by house-keeping. It was done promptly which was appreciated.
WiFi is not complimentary in the guest rooms but is available in the lobby. I don't know why but it seems ridiculous in this day and age not to have complimentary WiFi.
Despite providing the check-in staff with my Accor membership details it seems they fail to have entered it in as this booking is not appearing on my Accor statement.
