Nice harbour view room

Pros: Nice and modern room.
Cons: Service of front desk is very good. However, staff at entrance should greet incoming and outgoing guests, a smile will do.
Location: Definitely the ferry.
Harbour view is fantastic. Room cleaning service is good and helped to tidy up my clothes. Comfortable bed and good toilet sound system (so I can listen to TV programmes.

すばらしいホテル

Pros: スタッフは最高。それ以外でもいい面はたくさんあった。部屋もお風呂もきれいで清潔。最上階からの眺めがとてもよくそこで食べる朝食は格別だった。
Cons: これは改善できることではないかもしれないけど、ホテルのエントランス(車寄せ、タクシー乗り場も含めて)が少し狭い感じがした。
Location: 最寄の駅からでも少し遠いのはちょっと残念。でも香港ではタクシー料金が安いので移動に不便や不都合は感じなかった。
なんと言ってもスタッフの対応がすばらしい。親切で丁寧、誰にでも満面の笑顔で接する態度には感心させられた。数年前、中国の他の都市に行った時にはあまり感じられなかったこと。もともと香港がそういう土地柄なのか中国全体が変わってきたのかよくわからないけど、今回はいい印象を抱いた。

Nice hotel also close to the Golden Bauhinia square,convention center.

Best service and management

We stay Tre days at Hayatt in Hong Kong. There was 3 problems! 1. We booked 2 adults and ane child, they Didn't have that booking 2. They had renovation and it was noise we didn't get this information from hotel.com 3. technical problems at the room. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the problem but they managed it well. We weren't happy change the room at 2 AM in morning. Mr Brian was very professional and helpful that is why we give HAYATT all are recommendations.

Très bel Hotel , très bien situé

Pros: Réception parfaite
La vue exceptionnelle était un peu gâchée par des travaux juste devant l'Hotel. Dommage .

Good location

Wonderful staff doing their utmost at all times to provide service. The hotel shows its age and the interiors tired and run down. Uncomfortable beds. Dysfunctional and poor lighting system. Restaurants very good and first class choice mended. Service slow. Hotel suffers from vicinity to conference centre being overrun by short term day trippers becoming a bit like a bus station. Spa staff very friendly but lack experience in massage skills. Taxi waiting time very long but understandable because of long central demo shutdown
