The apartment was very clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Location was good, but next time we will probably stay right in town so we can walk everywhere. We could have walked from Wanaka Edge, but the weather wasn't great so we took the car. Anyone older or with any disabilities might be best to find out what level their apartment is located on as some of them are up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator. Our room was quite dark but our friends had a room that was much lighter, which was much more inviting. Overall we felt it was reasonably good value taking everything into account.

Nice accommodation hadn't to town

Accommodation was nice. Perhaps not quite what we had imagined. It was a little dark but great to have two rooms plus living area and kitchen etc. very handy walk into town. Clean and tidy.

Location: Lots of exploring and drive gas well as wandering about the lakeside

The reception close real early. U are on your own!

We were put into a 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of the whole building. No views, right next to parking, ground floor..... We arrived at 7pm on the 1st day and the reception was closed. The reception left us a note on the reception door to tell us where the key is. So we find the key ourselves and manage to know where we should park and where the room is by ourselves. As the night turned dark, we realised one of the bedroom had no power at all which was 8.30pm. We called the number that is left in the envolop which the key was in. And the person who picked up the call did not seem happy to help us. And she refused to call me back on my cell phone to check how we get on as she want us to fix the power ourselves. And the lights did not work at all still. I called 5 times again and realised she was ignoring me. So this was our first night. Luckily my mum and dad both are electrical engeneers. So they managed to get on lamp light in that bedroom. 2nd day we realised there was no tea towel or wipes in the kitchen when we were cooking dinner that night. Again, office was closed at 5pm. There was nothing can be done.

Dear guest, I am sorry that you felt your needs were not met during your stay at the Apartments. Our reception closes at 6 pm, as is stated in our promotional material, but emergency calls are always responded to after this. Your apartment is fitted with energy saver light bulbs which take a moment to illuminate when switched on. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue in communicating this to you. When checked, all lamps, bulbs and LED's in your apartment were in perfect order. 2 tea towels, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, and one scourer are provided per apartment. These are able to be found simply by opening the kitchen cupboard.
