Perfectly adequate hotel

Cons: Gentlemen at the front office on February 20-21 in the evening. Breakfast in morning could have more fresh fruit, plain Greek yoghurt
Had an early morning flight from DTW and requested a 4.20am wake up call. It never came.

Guy at check in never smiled once, made me feel like it was a pain to serve me. Beds too hard and uncomfortable

Stay was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was accommodating an friendly. We enjoyed our jetted tub suite an the free breakfast. Would definitely stay again for a fun getaway!

Very Nice Hotel

We stayed for three days and were very satisfied with the accommodations and staff. Our room was quiet and clean. The breakfasts were quite tasty. Personally I would prefer more bacon to be served. Lots of sausage. We would stay there again. One disappointment was that the final day we were there we planned to entertain the family we were visiting to swimming. That was the day the pool was closed for cleaning. We had a good experience swimming at a hotel next door, however.

The hotel was good except housekeeping wasn't up to par. Paying attention to details isn't their strong point. Staff was fair. I was in town for a funeral and they weren't very concerned about my issues.

Pleasant Stay

Location: Shopping
We chose this hotel as it was close to shopping on Hall Road and a nearby golf course. Like many newer Holiday Inns it was clean efficient and well staffed.
