Very good

Posted Oct 2, 2014
Pros: Location and to be able to feel like at home.
Cons: Heating.
Excellent location. Close to all the facilities. Stores, grocery, cafes, subway, Palac Kultury, Politechnika. We discovered a very charming little street called Nowy Swiat that we strongly reccomend.

Not understanding to special circumstances

Posted Jul 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
No services were given, but no refund was issued either. I explained the special circumstances to the hotel and they would not help me, even with a partial refund.

Great apartment not so good location

Posted Jul 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Apartment was very nice but we booked 2 rooms of 4 people together and ended up being at 2 separate locations. The service was very friendly when we got there but the reception is also in a different location to the apartments. The link hotels.com sent me to the apartment was not where we needed to check in so we had 2 pointless trips which is annoying when you are carrying lots of suitcases. Apartments were fantastic value though.

Could have been better

Posted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
This apartment could easily have been so much better. It was spacious, in a great location ( we were on Wilcza street) for bus transport to the major attractions.. But it was let down by poor attention to detail. The sheets on the bed were too small and had some tears in them, we only got two towels; no bath mats, washers or drying cloths. The lack of a bath mat was a concern as the shower was quite high and we almost slipped several times stepping out of the shower. No microwave or toaster. There was a washing machine but you needed a special 'knack' to open the lid. A couple of times we thought we would not be able to get our clothes out. We were given a unit in a slightly different location to that shown on the web site - that was not a problem but this fact is not stated on the web site. Finding the office to pick up the key was a bit of an issue - you really need a phone to call them to get two separate codes to reach the office. But, the above issues aside the apartment worked well for us. It's just that with a bit of attention to detail this could have been a great apartment.

Posted Apr 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartment was in a good location walking distance to the metro station, the the apartment was mouldy and the sink in the bathroom was blocked. The office staff where helpful but we found the office a little hard to find.

Convenient location and comfortable stay!

Posted Jan 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was surprised to see that the hotel on Wilcza was actually a studio unit! We had to pick up the keys at a different location (the main office about 5 min walking distance from the actual room we rented and a bit tricky to find it) which was rather unusual. We traveled to Warsaw by train which got delayed and so we were late to get the keys to the apartment. We called the office to notify them we would be later and the lady who answered our call was super nice, accommodating and waited for us until we got there. She also suggested a few things to see while in Warsaw. The studio we rented was on the 5th floor in the apartment building. It was really nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom had washer and shower. The kitchen was really nicely designed with the small fridge and also dishes if one chose to cook there. The whole unit/studio was really comfortable. It is also conveniently located, 15 min walking distance from the Warsaw Central train station, 25-30 min walking distance to the older part of town. The only few things I think might have made the stay better was the fact that we could not adjust the heat in the apartment so it got really hot in there (we were staying there in December) and so we opened the windows at night but since the apartment is located on a rather busy street, it was a bit loud. Overall, it was a great stay and experience!!!
