Great Value.Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Reasonably priced, excellent helpful staff, very clean, quiet, comfortable, decent restaurant and facilities within easy reach of the City Centre.
Cons: 12 steps up to the Hotel entrance which could be improved by the addition of a ramp for disabled or elderly users of the hotel.
Location: Very good and quiet location, good transport links, excellent restaurants, a bank and a Lidl nearby and a good shopping Mall about a half mile away.
A short distance out of the City Centre, but, this probably reflects on the relative budget price of the hotel, but, don't let this put you off as transport into the City is cheap and frequent by Tram or Bus (approx. 10 mins) and a Taxi is readily available at the Hotel door. Car parking is secure and guarded in front of the Hotel, which is situated on the edge of a very safe residential area with a Bank handily placed across the service road to the hotel and next to the Ferrari and VW dealerships. Food in the hotel is, although not an extensive menu, very good and reasonably priced, with some excellent restaurants nearby, for example, fine dining at the Dom Polski which is rated as one of the top 5 in Warsaw is only about a mile away towards the city and well worth a visit if your budget can extend to it. Overall, it is an excellent bolt hole if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the City centre, but, still with excellent amenities and restaurants close at hand, very clean and I mean VERY, excellent service from multi lingual staff and very comfortable clean rooms, very good WiFi and a business centre on the ground floor with computer and printer facilities.

Lovely BreakfastPosted Sep 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
I thought the hotel was very average and found it quite noisy at times. However, the buffet breakfast was very good . Although the hotel is some distance from the centre of Warsaw, taxi fares are very reasonable and there are good bus and tram links. It was disappointing that there were no local restaurants/bars in the vicinity of the hotel.

Trevligt hotell, trevlig personal, fräscht, men i reklamen kan man lätt tro att det är balkong till alla rummen, så är det inte. Det var bra att man hade bil, inget för dig som ska roa dig i Warszawa. För långt till city.

Great deal for a great hotelPosted Aug 29, 2014
We stayed there for 3 nights catching a very good deal. Parking is safe, private but not included (21 € for our stay). Hotel is pretty far from the center, but reachable by tram directly and in 20 minutes. Large and comfortable room, perfectly clean, all working absolutely fine.

A special thanks to Roza, the receptionist, who was very helpful when we got there late at night. Gave us lots of good tips and ideas about the city. It's quite far from the centre but that was never a problem as the number 24 and 9 trams were very frequent. Takes about 15/20 minutes to get in. Very pleased overall.

hotel stayPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: friendly and accommodating staff and clean hotel
Cons: A/C and fridge in rooms, but of course prices would go up due to expensive gas and oil
Location: Location was near residential area, car dealer and a small grocery store. tram and buses is within walking distance
hotel was near malls, side shops, buses and trams. The staff were polite and accommodating. For Americans traveling to Warsaw and wanting to stay at Felix Best Western, there are no A/Cs or fridges in the hotel rooms like in the US. It's the way it is in most hotels in Warsaw unless you stay in a 5 star hotel. The weather was not stifling hot and it is cool during the night were you can leave the door or windows open for cool air. Other than those two inconveniences, I definitely would recommend others this hotel. Warsaw, overall, is nice place to visit. Clean city, lots of public transportation and people in general are polite and helpful.

FunktionelltPosted Aug 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Bra kvalitet och funktionellt. Konstig låslösning på rummen som kräver instruktioner. Dyr frukost men av hög kvalitet. Trots det tveksam prisvärdhet.
