not close to the city center, but excellentPosted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: Comfort, balcony, cleanliness
Location: The location is far from the city center. There is a gas station nearby, and lots of service stations for various car brands (Volkswagen, Ferrari, etc
This hotel is a tram distance form the city center. Thus, it is not within walking distance to the touristic sites. That is a big negative. However, Warsaw does not have a very well defined city center. So, for me staying at this very nice hotel at a very reasonable price ended up being a good decision. The hotel was very clean, comfortable. Nothing to complain about the hotel other than the location. The walk from the tram stop would also be a concern, but overall I felt safe in Warsaw everywhere. The hotel had free wi-fi and had all the standard business amenities. The rooms have a really nice balcony.

Best Worst InnPosted Sep 7, 2013
Cons: All staff NEED crash courses in how to smile, engage their "guests" & actually make guests feel welcomed to be there.
Location: 20 minute tram from the old city.
We had 3 separate encounters with hotel staff within the first 12 hours of our stay that definitely left a sour note on our trip. The parking attendant was angry at us for trying to park our car inside the hotel Parking lot & was aggressive in his response. Reception was frostier than an Arctic winter. Our morning sleep-in was rudely interrupted by housekeeping who demanded to know when they could clean the room. When explaining to her that we were still sleeping she angrily replied with "2 hours?" The only time we saw the hotel staff smile is when we checked out- almost as if our stay was a burden on them. Perhaps the most comical part of our stay was the sign in the lobby that proudly proclaimed "you are not just a customer, you are a guest". Indeed! If this is how they treat their guests, I would hate to see how they treat their enemies.

to the point,,,Posted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: very helpful staff both reception and cleaning
Cons: boring breakfast buffet
Location: slightly out off main street ,, NO DUST ,, QUIET .. close to transit and to the center of the city
greeting very pleasant .STAFF very helpful especially for business people very accomodating cleaning staff,, I found the breakfast buffet a bit expencive and same things most of the time , I have stayed at this hotel many times before it became BEST WESTERN ,, and I still will recommend it .. it is close to MANY transit routes ,, and to get to the CENTRUM by streetcar ( tramway ) takes about 15 min .. PRICE is acceptable .. weekends are busy due to many AUTOBUSES with travelers from different countries .

Lovely quiet hotel , on the main tram / bus route.Posted May 1, 2013
Pros: Staff - very friendly & helpful.
Cons: The duvet on the bed - me being picky though.
Location: Long way from the centre , bus 521 from DW Centralny ( Main train station ) takes you straight there.
Lovely hotel, just a 3 or 4 minute walk from Wspolna Droga tram station or Plac Szembeka bus stop. Did not try any meals there so could not comment on the food. All the staff helpful & friendly. My only reason for giving 3 for room comfort is the duvet on the bed was too short. For some reason you find this in many Eastern European countries though, so as long as this is of no concern to a prospective visitor you will be fine. Very quiet location.

Great Hotel. The staff was super helpful with info about the tram and the neighborhood. The working class area where the hotel is located is very safe and full of local shopping venues. The hotel restaurant was excellent for light dinners and beer.

Good quality with good pricesPosted Mar 18, 2013
Pros: friendly service, cleanness, nice room and bathroom
Cons: you have to pay extra for the sauna
Location: short trip from the city center
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and I can only recommend it to everyone. It's a pretty good hotel considering its prices. The room was very comfortable and clean and it had everything you expect from a 3 star hotel: towels, hairdryer, showergel etc. The hotel staff was really friendly and spoke good english. The hotel is easily accessible from the city center, you need to take only one tram to get to the city center(they also have buses during the night if you want to stay out late). Finding the hotel first wasn't that easy but it can be seen from the street if you pass the gas station (its right behind the Lidl). Our room did not include breakfast so we haven't seen the restaurant but if you want to save money you can also buy food from the supermarket which is really close. The hotel also has a sauna but you have to pay extra for using it. All in all, the hotel was a great surprise for me, I didn't expect such good quality because of the low price.

Good hotel outside of city centerPosted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: Good internet access in the room - free.
Cons: the distance to the city center. Getting it from Expedia does not include breakfast!
Location: The hotel is a residential neighborhood with a vacant grassy lot in front. May feel a bit scary but is well lit
The hotel is a bit far from the city center but a tram gets you to the center in 15 mins. The tram station is a little walk from the hotel. Staff really nice and helpful. Body wash dispenser provider (not the traditional small bottles for shampoo/conditioner). Good heating and water pressure.
