Convenient access and comfort roomPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and clear explanation.
Cons: Internet access. Sometimes, shut down and go...
Location: Railway museum and glossary shopping.
Rooms is well cleaned and good staying is guaranteed, I think. Robby lounge menu is not so many but basic of them are available. Hotel staff speaks English well and communication is no problem. Railway station, tram stops and bus stops are very close to this hotel. To go many places in Warsaw, it is very convenient. Next time, this hotel will be my choice. Thanks.

50-50 at bestPosted Jun 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is located conveniently but in more unpleasant art of Warsaw. Rooms are fine, there is tea/coffee and enough sockets to work. wifi is abysmal to say the least. when I stayed it was never on for more than a few minutes at a time.It does not allow for large file transfers either. TV channels are locally based. exception staff is kindly described as average. If you get a massive discount it is just about worth it. Otherwise I can't recommend.

Modern hotel close to the metro station.Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Great place, and great price. I like modern hotels like these, because they're clean, standard, safe, and I can come as late as I like.
Cons: Well, considering the price, I couldn't ask for much more.
Location: The location is a bit far for people that are looking to hit the old town right away, but if you do the walk I described above I'm sure you'll enjoy.
The hotel was easy to get to - just take the S1 or S2 to Warszawa Ochota station, and walk up the west (back of train) exit stairs to Towarowa, and you're there. Check in was easy. Staff was courteous. Room was modern and clean. TV has a number of channels, but basically only BBC World for anglophones. The hotel is geared towards business visitors. The decor is modern, with fridge, coffee, pant press, document locker, etc. The breakfast is overpriced, but geared towards business visitors who travel by corp card. The old town is a few kilometers hike - perfect for me, as I love long hikes to clear my mind and see more that just the regular touristy stuff. My suggestion for a day hike: 1. Walk east, down the main boulevard (Aleje Jerozolimskie). In a couple of kilometers you'll pass the main station, the "Golden Terraces" shopping centre, the Palace of Culture and Science (wow!) 2. Take a left on Marszalkowska, then a quick right under the Galeria Centrum shopping center under pass, which will take you down a walking street called Chmielna, which is lined with cafes, bars (great for night life). Cross the large angular intersection to the end of Chmielna. 3. Take a left on Nowy Swiat, a broad street with about 2km of restaurants, shops, bars, histrical buildings, etc. Keep walking, and... 4. Ta-da! ...you'll end up at the main square of the old town. Venture in and walk around and through to the new town, or: 5. Cross the bridge to see the zoo.

Everything was great but i think the breakfast was quite pricey for the limited selection.

All in All, Good HotelPosted Apr 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
The only issue I see worth mentioning is that bed mattresses are too soft and gave my back ache and stiff neck. If you do not mind this, good location, very clean and good service

Not a 4* hotel. disappointing.Posted Mar 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is not what I would expect of a 4* hotel. - Not enough pillows (only 2 low quality ones that don't fit width of bed) - air conditioning that didn't work that meant I had very warm(24c) and uncomfortable nights sleep. It was 12c outside. - reception staff don't acknowledge you when you walk past. I would expect a smile and hello not a glare. - plastic cups for coffee. - cracking in window - curtain rail falling down. I wouldn't stay here again and warsaw offers plenty of better 4* hotels.

Nice spoiling hotelPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Location and comfort. Didn't have breakfast as of "crazy' expensive pricing.
Cons: Breakfast pricing
Location: Centrally located - very good.
"Cold" reception staff - not trying to be friendly or helpful. Quick service from room service staff. Clean and well maintained.

Great Hotel right in the heart of WarsawPosted Feb 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great and comfy hotel right in the heart of Warsaw. The hotel is away 5 minutes walk from the train central station. Receptionists very helpful all the time.
