I have stayed at several hotels in the area visiting my Grace student. This one was convenient, clean, quiet...very nice staff and breakfast. I would stay there again.

The room was much better than expected! Huge bed and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

I originally booked a different hotel in Plymouth MN but cancelled due to bad reviews. Found this in Warsaw and was not disappointed with the room/cleanliness.

Their pool was closed and they did not compensate for that. We were there fora travel softball tournament so after a hot day of playing the girls just wanted to cool off in the pool but they wouldn’t let us. The door was locked for ‘an AC issue’.

I found the hotel in nearly brand new condition. The room was the most beautiful I have ever seen for a Hampton Inn. It was clean, quiet, even had feather and foam pillows so I could choose. The linens were very nice as well. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was done quickly. The complementary breakfast had a nice assortment as usual. I read a coupe of bad reviews and the only explanation I could come up with is a competitor was writing these. I'm pretty hard to please and I was quite happy with my stay there.

Frustrating visit
In the afternoon when we stopped to check in, we were told the wrong room number by the day staff. When we returned (exhausted) at midnight we were unable to get into our room. The night staff figured out the problem after a couple trips up and down the elevator. Once we in and settling down we found the TV not working. Again the night solved the problem by rebooting the receiver. But it was another 20 minutes of hassle.

I apparently got a room during a baseball tournament for 9 to 13 year old boys. They had absolutely no supervision. Running up and down the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs. I specifically asked for a room away from them and instead I am surrounded

Our room was not without issues the heater fan didn't work the lights in the bathroom flickered and came on and off. They placed us in a room next to the pool during a college basketball tournament of some sort noise all night long till 3:00 a.m. I complained at the desk they did nothing about it and still charged me full price will never stay at another Hilton hotel.
