We were pleased with our hotel experience. We upgraded to get the internet access in the room and the breakfast; otherwise, those two amenities would have been extremely expensive. My spouse and I are vegans and the breakfast buffet was suitable for us and the chef was willing to make adjustments to some of the vegetables that had cheese on them. The concierge was helpful and although they did not have access to vegetarian/vegan restaurants, they did help in locating some.

Hotel that knows their customer needs .... The pillows where so soft although I like hard ones ... I created my own with some towels .... Next day I received a brochure sharing with me the different pillows hotel has :) .... This is what I call a a proactive action which I really appreciate

Excellent, friendly staff, terrific location, extremely comfortable room with a great view of the city. Restaurant had very good food, and the gym was modern and well-equipped. Will certainly stay there again if I'm ever back in Warsaw (stayed 6 nights).

Very professional and modern. The view from the gym and the pool is great! It's also a good location, right in the center of the city but a few minute walk to the old city

We planned to stay in Warsaw a couple days, head to Krakow and Prague, then back to Warsaw for 2 more days. Hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful, room service was timely, affordable and although a little different than the American equivalent, very good. The hotel was within close walking distance of the subway, plenty of shopping, Warsaw Centrum train station, and a number of tourist sights. I highly recommend the Warsaw Uprising museum; cab ride to the Royal Palace and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. On the ground floor of the mall was a kantor & liquor store - very convenient. Our first room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Technology, which lit up at night is beautiful. Will definately return here.
