Very clean,well kept hotel. Top location with convenient transport links. I had room wit a balcony. If you want as well go for the room for smokers.

Overall the hotel is fine - it’s a little on the older side but they are currently renovating. The biggest plus is the excellent location!! When I checked in I was put in a room right next to a room being renovated which was extremely noisy and disturbing but thankfully I was able to move into a quieter room for my second and third night. I’m grateful to the hotel staff for accomodating the move! The second room was comfortable enough. All in all it was a 6/10 stay. I won’t be rushing back but equally I would stay again (in room 525!).

The hotel provides cleaning upon request only, which they forgot to mention during check-in. As a result, we came back to untidy room on the first day, ran out of toilet paper and tissues… The lobby is nice, but the toilets lacked toilet paper and hand dryer was not working. It seems that they are short of staff. Breakfast at the restaurant is pretty good, but food at dinner was unimpressive.

These rooms are some small, i was forced to open suitcase by door entrance, obviously i had to close it i needed to leave room. Curtains do not block all light coming from buildings across. Will not come here again

Was more than adequate for what I needed it for. I was traveling to other cities in Poland and needed a 'home base' in case plans fell through. Perfect location right across from the metro line and close to the rail station. Plenty of quality restaurants and other places for food and drink in the area. Traffic and tram were a bit loud. No fridge in the room. My only complaints really. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s in a really convenient location with excellent transport links. The rooms and are a descent size, clean and bright and the beds are very comfortable.The breakfast is good value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably loud. If you struggle sleeping do NOT stay here. It’s not the hotels fault it’s just a terrible location on a busy street.

I had a very bad experience. We had 2 room facing the main street. There was a lot of noise and the hotel even supplies earplugs in the rooms. I asked for another room facing the inner space - and was asked for another 360Plz per room. The upgraded room I good stunk from cigarettes' smell, the safe was not working, and the AC stopped in the middle of the night and leaked water in the room. Only on the second day when I switched rooms for the 3rd time in 24 hours I got a satisfactory room. I was very disappointed with the hotel

This hotel is very central location. They have 24/7 reception and the staff are very friendly and helpful.fabulous menu and choice of breakfasts /evening meal, and beautiful & easy to use coffee machines. I’m going back soon again and have reserved my accommodation.

Construction in the hotel and outside of the hotel (at night!), well known to the hotel stuff since they provided earplugs. Rooms facing the construction should have been left unoccupied or heavily discounted.

The hotel located in the center of Warsaw- in the walking distance from Warsaw Central railroad station and Złote Tarasy (Gold Terrace) shopping mall. Rooms are clean and renovated; not too spacious, but you have everything you need: such as safe, tea kettle, etc. the breakfast was really good with enough of food varieties.

Hotel & food good. Beware of taxis in Poland
The hotel stay was great and conveniently located. Breakfast was good and dinner was great. So were the 2 Espresso Martinis I had. Lovely service and super friendly staff. I would advise the hotel partner with reputable taxi companies. I asked the hotel to order me a taxi as I felt they would use a good company that I could trust. Hotel ordered me a taxi to take me to Ptak Warsaw Expo. The taxi driver charged me 190pln. I later found out the journey should have cost 12.92pln.
