beautiful neighborhoodPosted Dec 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location of the hotel is good. However the building is very old and I found bugs in the bathroom. The door from refrigerator was falling off. The lady that took care of the building was extremely rude. I'm not recommending this place. beautiful old city

Superior location with easy access to everything.Posted Oct 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location is superb, with access to fantastic restaurants nearby, behind us and within 5 minutes of walk. It is a simple apartment, but good enough to cook breakfast. We have no problems in taking the metro or the buses, and visit museums, castle or parks or attending concerts on our daily routine of a 5 days stay. Our Warsaw stay exceeds our expectation, and the only problem is the TV remote in our bedroom that we do not know how to operate. But who cares, as we have never had enough time to spend outside the apartment. Warsaw has almost everything for foreign tourists outside Europe. No need to spend big money on brand-name hotels, and they are not within the Old Town which is the most interesting place of all Warsaw put together.

Perfect location. Apartment was very roomy with lovely views. Very clean. The only downside was the shower which did not drain very well so we had a wet floor. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

In the middle of all the actionPosted Sep 28, 2013
Cons: Install some air conditioning and double paned windows to help cut down on the noise from the square
Location: Old Town and New Town Warsaw are within walking distance. Madam Curie's museum is within walking distance for all you science geeks. Warsaw Zoo.
The apartment was nice, nothing fancy but was what we expected. We were right on the Old Town Square where all the action is. Don't know if we picked the worst possible day to stay at the apartment but it was a Friday, the weather was nice, and there were lots of people on the square. I figured it would be noisy but grossly underestimated the amount of noise. The restaurants closed around midnight and we could hear some of the pubs in the area which wasn't too bad. The worst was that drunks would congregate in the square all night long yelling, singing, and talking loudly. There was a woman that I assume was a prostitute calling to the men whenever they came through. I don't speak enough Polish to know what she was saying. I finally fell asleep at 5:00 AM and slept through the construction noise until 11:00 AM. We moved to the Holiday Inn on Saturday. With that said, the staff was really good and tried to be helpful. I wouldn't recommend this apartment unless you plan to party all night or can sleep through anything. It may be better during the week but we were just spending the weekend in Warsaw. Be aware that the apartment is in an old building and the apartment is dated. But it was very clean and everything worked. There was a bathtub without a shower.

In the middle of the Old TownPosted May 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice apartment. All conveniences including washer and a dishwasher. Roomy and bright. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. But, do some weights before your trip as there is no elevator there and it is a long way up. Some minor maintenance would help - missing light bulbs and chairs in poor repair. The worst was the noise. Old Town Square doesn't go to sleep until 1am. You won't either unless you took noise cancelling headphones or can sleep in the middle of a busy restaurant. But, location is fantastic!

The most fabulous location!Posted May 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed in an apartment just one block from the main town square of Old Town, Warsaw. The location could not have been better! The apartment was completely satisfactory - it is an apartment, not a hotel, but had all of the necessary features and equipment, including linens and dishes. The one big problem - and the management should be able to make this less confusing, as others have also commented - was finding it. First, the rental office was in a different place than the apartment and difficult to find, plus once we found it we could not figure out how to let them know that we were there (there was apparently a code to punch in, but unless one read Polish, I don't think there was a way to know that) - and then we were taken by taxi (complimentary) to the apartment, where we went through some of the same problems. But after all of that was worked out, the accommodations and location - and even the weather - were wonderful.

We traveled with 2 other couples. We usually get one apartment, but Warsaw did not have accommadations for all of us. So we rented with Old Town Apartments thinking we would be together. However the web site doesn't state that the apartments were not together. Also the apartment office which is not near the apartments, were not very helpful. They also do not explain the entry procedure for the apartments, and I had to resort to physical force to get in the first time,. Then I had one of the other residents to show me how. Apartment very good. Staff mostly useless.

Pros: location and cleanliness
Location: Great, fantastic
We love the apartment, location which was next Old Square, cleanliness, staff was very helpful. Few minor items need attention like broken glass, broken coat rack...little more attention to maintenance staff, But in general it was a great experience with a lot of more room than hotel not to mention the price

Dire check-in process and low bedPosted Oct 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
After travelling around Warsaw trying to find the office to get keys (the office is above a shop, entrance is a little way from the quoted address), we endured the slowest check-in process I have experienced since hotels started using computers. Once we'd got to front of queue and all of the paper forms had been filled out, we got given the keys and a taxi voucher to get to within a walk of our accommodation. The taxi didn't accept the voucher, so we had to pay ourselves. Then the 10 minute walk to the square. By this time we needed a lie down, it's just a shame the bed was so low (not much more than a mattress on the floor)! Other than all this, the place was pretty good - great location. Unfortunately there's far too much inconvenience to make this suitable accommodation - I'd strongly recommend choosing somewhere that works better, even if it's a little further out.
