The only negative about my stay was having to figure out how to get back into the building after 10p.m. I was told about the locked doors and also that I would be let in but I assumed that there would be directions on how to gain entrance on the front of the building but there was none. I parked near the rear so I had to stand out front while trying to find a number to the front desk(at 12:30 a.m.Sunday morning.) That was a little unnerving but overall I had a good stay. The older cleaning lady on the 1st floor Sun. morning(3/10) was so kind, sweet, and considerate!☀️Thanks Quality Inn Warsaw.

The TV was on when I entered the room. It would not turn off. I had to unplug it. There was no weather stripping on the door. The night manager had a very strong voice, I could hear everything she said. Did not sleep well due to the noise.

Handicap ?
We were given room #100 w/ a handicap (roll in shower) bathroom. We are not handicapped. The fiberglass shower floor was unstable & badly cracked. I guess if you are in a wheelchair you don't need safety handles, but suppose your not ? Their are none. There are no extra shelves (besides soap dish) for shampoo, etc. Plus, the exhaust fan did not function. We should have just asked for a room w/ a regular tub.

The hotel was fine it was hotel.com that was the issue tryed to change booking from 2 nights to one using your service and always got hung up on.I got so discussed that I gave up. I will never use your service again and will let all my clients that book fishing trips with me and other captains not to use your company.terrible

Cracked shower floor filled with grime. Flickering hospital style lights. Coffee machine broken in morning, waffle batter full of dry lumps. Internet broken, was told by front desk that everyone has to call internet support and provide IP address to get connected.

I LOVED the complimentary breakfast - especially the belgian waffle iron! The staff was really great - very friendly and helpful. The had technical difficulties with the computer's check-in system, but they still kept a smile and took care of everything! The only complaint I have was that there was what appeared to be a roach in the room, which I killed. They say when you see one, there are more, but I only saw the one. They may need an exterminator!

Hope you like size 24 font printed on copy paper.
The staff gets 5/5 stars. They were great. The owners seem to have just lost their grip on what they're doing, though. The pet fee online is $30, its $50 at the door and that isnt honored as its advertised. They lock the doors when the sun goes down so you need a staffer to let you in after like 5:00 pm in the winter. If you need your glasses from the car or want to run out for fresh air, expect youll need a whole person to assist. And signs. They have signs. Everywhere. The coffee pot for breakfast is broke, so thanks for that sign. But the adjoining juice dispenser has a sign hanging from it that says FOR BREAKFAST ONLY. The public bathrooms in the lobby have a sign that days NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS. The ice maker has a sign that says to NOT TAKE ALL THE ICE. NO ICE FOR COOLERS. And the breakfast sucked. The redeeming thing about this place was the people who worked there, definitely not the owners who dont even let people come and go at will and a terrified someone is going to abuse accrss to apple juice.

Our 'stay' was absolutely Awful!!!! We actually left a day early and had Paid for 2 nights, because it was that Bad!! There was a Terrible Odor in our room, ...No Toilet Paper,... No coffee in the Hotel although they have 'Breakfast'....A blinking light in our Bathroom that could give you a headache!...a $50. a day charge for each of my 2,/ 5 lb. dogs...$100 a day!! the room cost $84 for Us!....No Maid Service,...Door sticks and would Not open w/o throwing your Body against it! Overall, The Most Horrible Time Ever!!! Horrible Place! Needs Fixing!!! Don't Stay Here!!!

I booked an accessible romom. I’m a left leg amputee. I was put in a regular room. I could get in the tub for shower/bath. I grab bars around the toilet. Accessible toilet is supposed to have 5’ clearance.

Pleasantly Surprised
Initially there was no one at the front desk when I arrived and I did wait a long time for someone to attend to me. The desk clerk had been upstairs in another room attempting to fix a tv. Once she returned to the desk she was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel looked clean, although you could tell that it was an older hotel which had bee renovated. But I was pleasantly surprised.

The front staff were very nice. The room had so much mildew and mold growing in it that the smell hit u over the head when u walk in. Mold was growing everywhere- Around the toilet all along the baseboards, coming out of the tub faucet. Woke up with a massive headache the next day after being in the room for 6 hours. The door knob was very weak to the room. So that unsettling. But locked on inside and dead bolt worked. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were next level loud so had to turn off. Which then made smell seem worse. No other options in area to stay at that time. Elevator wasn’t working. I Helped another family with their luggage to get to second floor. They were not able to do it in one trip and elderly woman struggled to get up stairs without even carrying luggage. Less than motel quality.

ADA federal violation
My family could not stay. We got to hotel and we could not get to our reserved rooms because the hotel failed to tell us that the elevator has been non functioning for a year. My mother is in a wheelchair and could not get up the 2 flights of stairs. This truly breaks all ADA federal regulations and will be reported.

The advertised pool was closed permanently, weeds growing in parking lot, no ac in lobby, dirty & smells bad, elevator was broken. They charged me more than the advertised rate, billed my card nearly double what was on my receipt. After all that we decided not to stay there and they have still have not refunded ANY of my money for the 2 nights we booked. Called Expedia and Choice Hotels and have not received any acceptable response from either of them. My bank said they will try to dispute the charges for me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in 60 years!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. deliberate false advertising and very shady business practices.
