The staff were very accommodating . I had an upgrade and it was the best decision ever. Breakfast was included and free wifi . They also allow late checkout for this upgrade .

Very good hotel in good location (Warsaw City)Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Location. Room/Hotel facilities, condition. Staff
Cons: Free WiFi is only accessible in the lobby. Breakfast and restorant are unreasonable expensive for Warsaw.
Location: Old Town, city garden, railway station, cafe, restaurants, shopping centers in 10-30 minutes walk from the hotel.
This is our second time in Westin Warsaw. The hotel is located in 15 minutes walk from "Warsaw Centralna" railway station and about 30 minutes from the Old Town. Quiet place, very good facilities, clean rooms.

Westin Hotel and SomePlace ElsePosted Mar 9, 2015
On my latest business trip to Warsaw I once again chose to stay on the executive floor at the Westin Hotel. As usual the service was exceptional and it felt like coming home. However, the client I was meeting invited us to dine at SomePlace Else in the Sheraton Hotel. It had been sometime since we visited this venue but the food, cocktails and entertainment surpassed our expectations! When we return to Warsaw and slip into the memorable atmosphere the Westin Hotel offers we will certainly return for a little bit of SomePlace Else!

Perfect hotel with nice panoramical view of WarsawPosted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, ideally clean room, outstanding bed and sleep comfort, nice panoramical view through the window, perfect noise isolation.
Location: A small shop is near the hotel. There are Starbucks coffees in ~1km and large mall with cinema in 1.5km. Old Town is quite near too - just in 2km
We are 100% satisfied about Westin Warsaw - staff on reception was very friendly, the room and bathroom were ideally clean. King size bed was fantastic - I slept like a baby during all 3 nights. There were big panoramical windows in the room with a fascinating view of the city. Noise isolation was outstanding too. In general, I would reccommend this hotel to everyone and would have stayed there again.

Really Central hotel with excellent servicePosted Feb 2, 2015
We stayed for two nights for business. We upgraded to an executive room for a small additional free which gave us breakfast in the executive suite, free teas and coffees any time and free drinks and snacks during happy hour. Staff were really helpful and sorted out anything we needed efficiently and quickly. Beds were really comfortable.

Westin- WarsawPosted Jan 29, 2015
I always stay at Westin hotels when on business trips around the world. But the Westin- Warsaw is particularly special. Perfectly situated in the city centre, with restaurants, galleries and nightlife all with walking distance, the incomparable, architect designed Westin- Warsaw never fails to deliver. The building itself is simply stunning, its unique glass panoramic elevators whisking guests up to a fabulous range of rooms offering breathtaking views over cosmopolitan Warsaw. The staff here are delightful;friendly and welcoming and always there to help with smile.Cheking in or out is effortless and stress free. But the thing Ilove most are Heavenly beds...with 5,yes 5,of the softes, comfiest pillows you will ever lay your head on and sheets of the crispest, finest Egyptian cotton. It makes for a truly blissful sleep...but getting out of bed for my meetings in the morning is much more difficult! The call it the Westin difference. If you haven't yet experience it at Westin-Warsaw-I thoroughly recommend you do.
