“Excellent business class hotel in Coventry”

A delightful business class hotel; the best mix of old British dark-wood charm and modern convenience. The restaurant is great. Your towels are on a heated shelf.

The hotel was actually really lovely, and the few stray hairs around the bathroom weren't a huge deal. Although we didn't have time to use the spa, it was nice to have it as an option. The one annoyance was when we ordered some snacks from room service and were advised that they would be there in 30 minutes, we called at 60 minutes to find out they had forgotten, and finally got the food another 35 minutes after that. That being said, the food, when it arrived, was delicious.
