nice overnight stayPosted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: it suited our need for an overnight stay.
Cons: I think breakfast should be included in room rate. it is very pricey for a breakfast menu.
chose this hotel for an overnight stay while visiting family in leamington spa. very pleasant lady on reception. would use this hotel again.

Clean, tidy, a little out of townPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Third time I've stayed here. Seems good value for money. Expected to be disturbed by the disco happening in the marque outside but the double glazing worked well! Be nice if it was 10 minutes (walking) closer to the town centre. Will stay again.

High prices and a dated formulaPosted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Service was good and the rooms were fine. Well appointed and laid out. But at a 30% premium over other local good hotels you'd hope for more than slightly better. And in practice this hotel is fine but the other local hotels are cheaper and better.

Nice hotel but not a great welcomePosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Comfort and facilities
This was a nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms and good facilities. However when we arrived there was no-one at reception and no bell to alert staff that we had arrived. We had to wait around 5 minutes before anyone arrived and they did not apologise for the wait. When we went out later in the evening, again there was no one at reception - it appeared to be the norm.

Overall stay was good, wifi was expensive, other facilities offer it free of charge.

Convenient Hotel Location for the Sporting EventPosted Sep 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel room was adequate considering the price. However, I was originally checked into a different room that was double-booked, so a rather nasty surprise when another family walked in on me. It could have been very embarrassing. An overflow pipe or gutter was pouring water all night, so not a good night's sleep, and the remote control in the fitness room did not work.

Convenient for my needs. Good size room.Posted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was a convenient location for my child's cricket tour. Had I been visiting the area on holiday I would have stayed more centrally. Quite expensive, I thought, but then I booked with less than a week's notice and as the cricket team had already booked in there, I was guaranteed extra business so no need to have an offer.

good location, close to amenities.Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our room was not that clean on arrival, there were cans under the bed and the floor had crumbs/hairs on it. Very noisy, end of corridor room as there was a vending machine and ice machine outside our door! Not great when trying to get children to sleep and other patrons are disrespectful of the hour and speak at volume unnecessarily. No milk on arrival for making a hot drink although provided when we went to reception. Liked choice of pillows firmness and location of hotel.
