Sky SportsPosted Dec 2, 2013
2nd time stayed at this Hotel, Food Excellent, staff excellent,Room Excellent. Only fault was that they say you can watch Sky Sports in the Bar, Wrong, I went into the bar to watch The football game (Newcastle) at 5.15pm (Kick off 5.30) They have one tv with sky sports, there was a couple watching the rugby on BBC2 ( which you could watch in your room) so there was no way sky sports was going on. Lucky i brought my laptop, as i managed to watch the game in my room . So, Please purchase another Sky tv. Other than that, Fantastic PS Toon won 2-1 as well

Nice HotelPosted Oct 19, 2013
Stayed overnight with my 13 year old son. Nice room with tv, free wifi and room service. The pool was one of the best hotel based pools I have used. All finished with a great breakfast and efficient check out.

Comfortable HotelPosted Oct 4, 2013
Location: Convenient for Stratford.
On the generic side, but a clean and comfortable hotel. The condition of the bathroom needed attention, but otherwise good. Staff were polite. I did not make use of the facilities as I was only staying for one night, but it looked an excellent leisure resort. Breakfast was standard buffet fair and therefore a little disappointing, but there was the option of a freshly-cooked breakfast at a surcharge. The free parking and free wifi was much appreciated.

Modern hotel, good facilitiesPosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Swimming pool, sauna and steam room all good, gym a little small. Restaurant very pleasant and good value.
Cons: Rooms have no air conditioning although a fan was provided.
Location: Close to Stratford, about 3 miles. Good hotel for conferences and corporate actvities and aballroom for weddings.
I booked 5 rooms for a family reunion, on arrival around 2.30pm only one room was ready. Staff offered a free drink at the bar but it took a further two and a half hours to prepare the other rooms.Yes the hotel was busy with a wedding and a bank holiday but this isn't really acceptable. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was well above average with a good selection to choose from.

Fantastic!Posted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
A brilliant place to stay! Amazingly friendly staff, lovely surroundings, great leisure and spa facilities and a brilliant room. Some of the prices for food and drink especially were a little steep, but I think that's only to be expected from a four-star hotel. All in all, a brilliant stay and I can't wait to stay here again!
