Meh.

It's a very tire property, marginally maintained, seeking to eke out the last revenue before the property is unusable. It's a bargain, and should be. Facilities, service, and fellow clientele are all near the bottom of acceptable, but it is a solid low-cost value.

Asolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was not clean I went to store to purchase disinfectant and deodorizing spray. The ac/heat unit was broke so unable to adjust. Many holes, stains, and broken fixtures and door lock unsecure. HORRIBLE!!!

Basic hotel at incredibly low price for Washington DC area. With cab fare to Capitol Hill it was still 70% less than DC hotels on short notice. Was expecting terrible, but was pleasantly surprised.

Cost effective hotel in DC

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: Affordable price.
Cons: Breakfast needs to be improved.
Location: There are many grocery shops and restaurants near by. Therefore very convenient.
Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfotable.

Any Port in a Storm

Pros: Price
Cons: Everything from the cleaning to the condition.
Location: Drive to DC
The price was right and that was about it. It was a busy week in DC and the only other hotel rooms I could find were several times as expensive as the Days Inn. I needed an inexpensive room and they had one to rent. I would never choose to go back there. Aside from the bikers who were my fellow guests, and shady dealings seeming to be going on across the parking lot, my room was unclean - toilet not flushed, hairs on sink and toilet - and the front desk clerk who looked like he was working a lot more angles than the front desk, I would rather be somewhere else.

Trevlig personal, bra kommunikationer. Ser ofräsch ut, frukost är ingen vidare internet på våningar ger huvudvärk. Vi gick ner ofta för att få bättre hastighet.

Cheap and close to where you need to be

Pros: Location
Cons: Additional van for shuttle service.
Location: Not too far from the metro stations. Go to the Pentagon City station and hop on to take a <10 minute trip to the DC sites.
This hotel is a good price and is in a location that isn't too shabby. The rooms do what they need to do if you only need to sleep and brush your teeth. The shuttle service to and from the metro is great and worked well for us the first two visits. However, my family and I stayed here a third time and waited around for the shuttle for nearly an hour (it runs every 30 minutes). When I asked the front desk of the whereabouts of the shuttle, she advised me that it had already come and gone. This was inaccurate information which caused us to get very frustrated and we had to take our own vehicle to a different metro so we wouldn't be even later to our event we were there for. Pretty disappointing experience for us to have to deal with. The shuttle service takes you further away from DC anyway so I would suggest driving 14 minutes to the Pentagon City Metro Station if you need to make it to DC quicker.
