“Bad customer service”

This is not an actual hotel. This is an apartment complex that rents out some of its empty units. When we went to check in, the front desk person had no idea what was going on and was confused about my confirmation. He had no clue that rooms were even rented! The apartment itself was nice, but the air conditioning was broken and it was really stuffy and hot. Also, for several hours on the first night we were there, the water was completely shut off. We received no notice as to why, but heard a crew working downstairs through the night, so we assume it was scheduled maintenance. The Meridian was a good deal, in a great location, but don't expect much.
