A Woolworth's of a hotel

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Room was spacious, bed comfortable, relatively quiet.
Cons: See above.
Decent hotel but in addition to being pricey nickels and dimes you to death. Self-parkin g was $15, internet access from my room was $12.95, I was afraid to flush the toilet. TV in living room was an old-fashioned, square screen, non-HD analog set. Archaic.

A gem in Bethesda

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Location, spotless large rooms, and a very pleasant staff.
Location: Location is right off of the 495 & 270 freeways. Two large malls within 4 miles, as well as the beautiful Glen Echo Park.
An excellent hotel with a helpful, pleasant, and well-trained staff made this an excellent choice. We had a most enjoyable stay here, and would recommend it to anyone.

Restful and convenient.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Goode access to the things we wanted to see.
Cons: French door coverings too sheer.
Location: National Cathedral, Metro to DC
The room was very nice. Clean and very comfortable. The pool was very small, but nice. Loved the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. The staff was wonderful. pleasant, helpful. They took us to the metro station and picked us up after our day in DC.

Friendly staff

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Staff
Location: Not a lot of eat out options nearby.
Staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. Really stood out as the best part of the stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the design is not as user friendly as some other suites with 4 people staying in the suite. Still an excellent choice for the area.

Great Marriott

The only negative about this hotel is that they tack on an additional $15/day to park in their garage. This is a suburb hotel so I feel that is ridiculous. Otherwise, great customer service and spacious rooms.
