Very bad experinxe

Staff are very bad, don't care about customers. Extremely poor customer service. Could not Waite to leave. Would not recommend for you to stay there.

Nice hotel with unexpected convenience

Bethesda Marriott is located away from the tourist center of DC, but the free shuttle service to Metro made it easy to get to the sites. Upon return, another shuttle takes you to the downtown Bethesda for dinner and drinks.

Happy with the shuttle service, staff are cheerful, accommodating and friendly. Also we were given complimentary parking.There was just one funny incident when me and my adult children asking each one who's socks was that under one of the beds, it doesn't belong to any of us, ha ha ha

Nice hotel close to downtown Bethesda

The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus to the metro and downtown Bethesda was very convenient! The hotel was clean and well maintained. Their indoor and outdoor pools were also very nice and a great added amenity to the stay. Wish the room had free wifi and a mini-fridge though.

It was ok, but employees are very rude, gave me the wrong room and it looks like I was wrong.

We were all happy with the location and the comfort of our rooms. We thought the WiFi connections were too expensive. Most hotels we have used lately had free WiFi.

I canceled my reservation both on the phone as well as through a email within a 24 hour period I repeatedly tried to speak to someone both before my trip and while at the hotel as well as my credit card was notified prior to my stay to ensure no double charge as well as to establish my intention to cancel within the allotted time period allowed. I have all the documentation to prove this I'd appreciate an representative of your company to give me a call so to resolve this in a timely manor. I have been told as well as have experience trouble getting an actual person.

Very good hotel, Metro accessible

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant on-site (great breakfast buffet), and free quick shuttle to the Metro Red Line (minutes away from city center and museums). All amenities. Free wi-fi in the lobby, but you have to pay for wi-fi in the room--Marriott should re-think this situation! But lovely grounds, indoor and outdoor pool with lifeguard, excellent workout room (very up-to-date equipment, apples, headphones), Jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, sitting area, work area. No refrigerator in room, but good coffee maker.
