Nice hotel close to The White HousePosted Jul 2, 2015
My friends and I went to DC for a short vacation. Finding this hotel close to our budget, we decided to give it a try. It was a clean room and, it is close to many attactions and great restaurants.

A+ for location and cleanlinessPosted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Great location, clean, very accessible to all sights, friendly staff
Cons: Nothing, really.
Location: Walking distance to White House, National Mall, many of the Smithsonians, Metro is on the corner which provides easy access of all of DC
Very tiny, no frills room only 1 block from White House. We were able to easily walk to all the monuments. It was well worth giving up spaciousness for the fabulous location. The area was safe to walk around and a Metro stop was right outside the hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the tiny bathroom was clean with a great shower head. The staff was friendly. Parking lot was around the corner (on the same block) and cost $25.00 peer day. Would definitely stay there again. The only negatives were the parking fee (which I believe is standard for the area) and small room (not a factor for us because we only used room to sleep).

Nice Hotel, needs management attentionPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Carl, Location (2 blocks from WH), amenities (except iron and ironing board), Subway proximity, quietness, and price
Cons: Manager should pay closer attention to details, such as room cleanliness. Need new irons and full size ironing boards w/ appropriate pads.
Location: Located on Farragut Square. Dress Barn, 7 Eleven, Dunkin Donuts, Protein Bar, Chinese and Indian, restaurants nearby. Subway and several pub/bars
The hotel was nice. Great location. Great staff, especially Carl. Espresso machine on second floor was a nice touch. Chilled H2O in hall was nice. The subway station, Farragut West, below hotel closes on weekends, Sat. and Sun. Hotel breakfast was pricey, not good quality. Go to a regular restaurant for better price and value of money. Biggest negative was the room/bathroom condition upon our arrival. The bathroom was filthy with feces left on the toilet and floor. Walls were dirty. Shower floor had something oily on it. We went and purchased cleaning supplies, so we knew it was clean. Overall, we would return but request a manager inspect our room prior to our arrival. Good value for the price. The number one positive was Carl. Ask him anything and he will help, with a positive attitude.

Downtown conveniencePosted Jun 29, 2015
Great location. Very courteous and helpful staff. Check-in was a breeze. Stayed downtown for a weekend, CQ was convenient to everyplace downtown and right on top of a Metro stop (Farragut West). The complimentary bottled water and coffee were hits with me and all the other guests. Nice touch. Wish more hotels did that. Only issue was the intermittent loss of satellite TV. But, otherwise, a very enjoyable 3 days in your facility.

Good hotel for the price.Posted Jun 23, 2015
Everything went smoothly, nothing to complain about. It's not the fanciest, but that's not to be expected for the price.
