Poor hotelPosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Coutner staff was ok
As soon as i walked in, there was noticeable smell of hotel, and carried over to room. Went to resturant to order food and server seemed like she did not want to be there, not friendly. I went back to room, and moved to Holiday inn for the following 4 nights.

Hotel staff were all very nice. The front desk man was especially kind and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. I will stay again soon.:-)

Clean room, comfortable bed, close proximity to major areas. I would recommend this hotel.

Good StayPosted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The stay was good and the staff very polite and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. I would like to see a little more flexibility with the hours that the shuttle van runs to the Metro Station as my wife has some disabilities and taking the van would have been helpful but the hours it runs was not condusive to our schedule.

Fine, but nothing to write home aboutPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Close to where I needed to be
Cons: Time for a renovation!
Location: Near the New Carrollton Metro stop.
This is a fine, but aging Courtyard that could do with a facelift--furniture is getting old, carpets not so nice, et cetera. I wouldn't avoid the place, but I certainly would not go out of my way to stay there, either.

wedding timePosted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: it s clean, and close to my wedding location, and there is a train station that goes to washington Dc 3 min away from that hotel.
Cons: Microwave, microwave, fridge , fridge( medium size) need to be put in every room, microwave is very important, come on , this is 21 century
Location: train goes to DC, ..
i booked it from august 1 to 4 th, 2013,for $87 a night, then from sunday to monday it jumps to 169 a night, toilet did not work well, then they fixed it, but the worse thing ever is there is no microwave in each room, so it means everyone has to go downstairs to heat the foods, but the time you go back upstairs the food is cold, they need to put microwave in each room, plus the fridge has to be an average size , not the small one i found in my room. other than that, everything was ok.

Hotel is ready for updating. Carpet in my room, was very dirty, likley due to sliding exit into mulch/yard area. It could use a free buffet breakfast with waffles. It was good to have Starbucks Coffee for sale. Hotel is located in an industrial park about 10-12 minutes drive from restaurants, gasoline and groceries.
