Al llegar 23:30 me asignaron la habitación en el piso 10, al encender el aire acondicionado comenzó a salir humo y se en en encendieron las alarmas de incendio, luego me tuve que cambiar a las 00:00 hrs por mis propios medios a otra habitación. Al día siguente tuve problemas con los desayunos que estaban incluidos en la reserva, tuve que bajar y explicar el problema para poder tener una solucion. Y por ultimo al realizar el check out olvide 3 chaquetas, 3 sandalias en la habitacion. Me di cuenta al llegar a Filadelfia, llame al hotel y encontraron los objeyos olvidados, al solicitar si era posible enviarlos a new york (mi proximo destino) no obtuve respuesta. Por lo cual tuve que viajar 3 horas de filadelfia a new york y 3 joras de neww york a filadelfia para recuperar los objetos. No obtuve las mejores atenciones en vuestro Hotel.

It was good the attention, the rooms was very clean and and the area not noisy. The location is excellent, near the airport and the Crystal City Metrorail Station. Very recommended, i hope to visit again as soon. Bye.

Cómodo, se tardan para recogerte en el aeropuerto
La cama es muy cómoda. La habitacion tiene espacios amplios. Los baños limpios, pero me tocó ver algo de hongos en la pared. El paquete de amenidades es muy básico. Por otro lado, seleccioné este hitel por el servicio de que van por ti al aeropuerto y se tardaron más de una hora en llegar, mientras vi los camiones de los otros hoteles pasar hasta 3 veces.

El lugar muy bonito, solo no me pareció que te cobrarán el estacionamiento, y el desayuno alto el precio para lo poco que tenían, de ahí en fuera todo bien

The only thing I liked about this hotel was that the beds were comfortable. The things I didn’t like was that breakfast is not included and neither is parking ($44 for every day you stay there!). I thought the location would be a good one because it’s in downtown DC but it really wasn’t all that convenient unless you literally just come to DC on a business trip. The hotel staff were kinda weird because I’d call them for a request and they would either put me on hold or hang up on me, but then the item I requested was delivered a bit later anyway. Check in was also a bit unpleasant as only one person was helping with that and we had to wait in line for quite a while. Oh, and the day that we were leaving I thought I’d make a quick stop down the elevator but that didn’t happen since the elevator never came because it was very congested in the morning. I ended up having to get help from staff on my floor who were very kind but that was a whole other ordeal.
