You pay for what you get, It was clean, neat and tidy. The reception staff were very helpful. Easy to find.

well when I pulled up for my stay there was a police investigation taking place for a murder in a different room. And then I didn't have working Heat in my room. It was so cold in there.

The worst motel ever. Rooms are dirty, odor-filled and unhealthy.

You really do get what you pay for! I didn't book this hotel thinking I was walking into 5 star accommodations. I needed a place for cheap - and that's what I received. Aside from the funny smell and the rowdy tenants, it was fine.

People in other rooms were extremely loud.

Pros: Staff were friendly.
Cons: I saw a security walking around, but we did not see him again to get people quiet in the building.
I could not sleep because people on the third floor were talking, being loud, and it sound it like they were cooking and drinking in the middle of the night.

Pros: Friendly!
Cons: Coffee machine could have been not in the bathroom.
Location: DC centre. University
A good stay for budget experience of DC. Easy to drive to centre from here - if parking available in the centre. Room slightly damp, no fridge. Otherwise OK

Worst stay in my life

This was the worst stay in a hotel ive ever had .I opened door to room tv was on covers were on the floor room was disaster . after being give another room the carpet was the worst I have ever seen furniture was coming apart on table legs were turned inward they were so loose dresser drawers were screed together with angle parts and glue , microwave was dirty . I usaly levave tips for the room attendants but not this trip everyone involed in the operation of this hotel needs to be retrained and apparent Mang never looks at rooms or does not care I do not recommend this place to anyone mattress were lousy

Okay, nothing to scream about

The front desk clerk was very very friendly. Let me check out the room before I officially took possession. Everything was okay even though the bathroom was very small. My only complaint is that at 9AM some sort of construction took place. No one told me about this beforehand. Of course the checkout clerk apologized but that didn't not make it any better.
