It's clean and quiet.. I like it, the pool is shared but.. It's a good place

Very convenient. Clean room, friendly staff. Only thing missing was a fridge...but everything else was fine.

Nice and quite

I lived in room 215 then the front desk moved me to room 258 which is more nicer! The employee was extremely nice and helpfull. I forgot her name, but she is African American ...she is down to earth and humble. I am strongly recommended room 258 to live in. It's speasuos, clean, and quite. The breakfast was good...fresh... But not plenty of food. It's included three types of bread...butter, cheese....jam....yogurt...aotmail....corn flex...tee...coffee...milk...and Apple The place is safe... I checked my car during night... I saw the safty agent walking back and fourth...

Worst Hotel EVER!!!!!

I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, and about 10am housekeeping comes knocking. I open the door, half dressed and half asleep, and remind the housekeeper what "do not disturb" means, close the door and go back to sleep. Again at 11am, they are knocking. So when i open the door I remind them that check out is not until noon and close the door. 10 minutes later they are knocking again asking if Im staying over or checking out. I tell them, again, i will be out before noon. They tell me to call the front desk and let them know. Ok, so I pick up the room phone, no dial tone. Im not about to walk from the very back of the hotel, to the front just to tell the front desk ill be leaving in 20 minutes. So i open the door, tell the maid the phone doesnt work, and go back to organizing my luggage before leaving. About 5 minutes later housekeeping is banging, not knocking, I open the door, now EXTREMLY frustrated and ask what they want now. They inform me the police are on the way since I did not inform the front desk Im checking out. I look at my watch, 11:38 am. So now I have to stop packing and walk to the front desk. A VERY RUDE lady tells me I need to leave. I tell her, on numerous websites, check out time is noon, and its not yet noon. She says "well the police are on the way anyways"! VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. Will NEVER stay here again and would recommend it to NO ONE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

good place for sleeping

Pros: staff and breakfast
Cons: getting rid of the mold, updating TV's, paying more attention to linen
we basically needed a place to sleep after a full days tripping. For that it was fine. Staff friendly. Our first evening there, we encountered Danny at the reception counter-very nice and very helpful, both with the room we booked and getting around the area. Satisfying breakfast and plentiful. Those without a car and like to walk, it's 25 minutes to the metro station, but we enjoyed it. However, place is worn down, mold in the bathroom, TV not working properly, a sheet and towel were dirty. We didn't complain about anything too much, but things that can be taken into consideration for improving the hotel. For the price it was ok.
