Alumni luncheon

Pros: The hotel was quiet and the staff was outstanding. We appreciated the cold lemon/lime infused water in the lobby also.
Cons: It would be nice to have a continental breakfast provided.
Location: The location is great. We didn't go to the Meadows, the casino or the outlet mall, but we did meet with friends at a nearby restaurant.
My husband and I stayed here because my Alumni Association was having its annual luncheon here. It's been 40 years since I graduated from Washington Hospital Nursing School and I hadn't gotten back to any of the alumni luncheons. I'm sure glad that they decided to have it here. The staff was excellent as was the food and the space they had for us. Additionally, our room was perfect and also close to a great place for some high school friends to gather for an evening. All in all, a delightful experience.

Wonderful stay with an outstanding desk clerk. The only improvement I would suggest, would be to spruce up the outside, of the rear enterance.

Pros: The location was great. Beds were very comfortable.
Location: Great shopping close to the casino. Close to Pittsburgh.
The hotel was very clean and the front desk employees were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Location to our event was good and check in people were good.
Cons: Service staff.

We stayed 2 nights and it was just ok. Room was nice but we did not get maid service at all the second day. Room was not cleaned, beds not made, and worst of all I had to hunt down a maid to get clean towels. Gross! Not worth the money.

This was the ideal location for the fundraising event we were attending and for the meadows racetrack and casino. The room was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the lobby bar before and after our fundraising event and after coming back from casino. Service was excellent and bar prices were very reasonable. They also offered complimentary continuous shuttle service between hotel and casino. Very reliable. You only have to wait a few minutes for the shuttle. Great breakfast buffet for $15. fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, breads and cereals, milk, juice, coffee, tea.

Nice rooms, convenient location to shopping and meadows casino. Best part was super comfy beds with lots of fluffy pillows. We stay there a few times every year.

Nice hotel, with great access to casino including a shuttle to/from. Only downside of my stay was when trying to go down to ground floor on elevator, it stopped at lobby level and wouldn't go any further.

Not as nice as what the pictures made it out to be

Location to casino and Tanger outlets was good. Hotel had convenient shuttle to casino(close but not within walking distance...especially in winter) Bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room needed some attention. Also had a weird smell on our floor. Would probably not stay here again unless it was cheaper.

convenient location

very very dissapointed....stayed here instead of neighboring hotel due to fact they had a restaurant and lounge...however when we got 2 hotel 4 the evening the restaurant and lounge WERE BOTH closed ..It was only 10pm......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
