Pros: Pool (great for kids after a long day of sightseeing), free breakfast, reasonably priced, very family-friendly. Cons: Very expensive wifi ($12.95/day!), a little bit of a walk to the metro.

Pros: Good breakfast and location, gift shop, courteous staff
Cons: Couch and Bedspread were adequate, but not crisp. Tub was okay but not sparkling.
Location: Close to metro. Easy walk to Georgetown, Dupont Circle.
A great value. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate, and for the location and price we were pleased.

Very pleasant place for family stay, terrific location yet a bit out of the Dupont Circle frenzy. Solid breakfast buffet. Only downside is hefty parking charges

Location: Good location for me. Near Dupont Circle, which is a lovely area.
Great place for a family. We wanted a suite so our 1 1/2 year old could sleep in a separate room, making it so we didn't have to go to bed when she goes at 7. This worked out very well for us. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Go early if you don't want to be overwhelmed by the crowd though! What was also great was the manager's reception (ie, free booze) every night from 5:30-7:30. What a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was the air conditioning in the room seemed like it was either on or off - didn't seem to have an auto setting. And the lobby was freezing in the mornings. Small price to pay, in my opinion though.

Great location, clean rooms. Dated hotel close to everything. Beds are a little uncomfortable but for the price and location you can't beat it. Just remember rooms are dated but if you are in DC you are probably out and about all day. Rooms were kept clean.

Pros: Breakfast buffet personnel very friendly.
Location: good location, but there are many other hotels in the same area.
We rented four rooms for a graduation over this weekend (5/17-20/0213) Front desk personnel were not helpful but very dismissive. Rooms were dusty from years of sloppy housekeeping. Room rates were average. I would recommend forgetting about the extra room of the suite and staying at a cleaner hotel for same price.
