OK location...that's about it. Very dirty and small rooms. No amenities.

Good price and downtown.

Pros: Price and location.
Spent 3 nights there. Didn't interact with staff other than check in and out, which was easy both ways. Room was cramped, due to queen bed and layout of room. Chair had to be under desk to open door. Shower worked well, plenty of towels. Price is very good for location - downtown close to Metro, restaurants, and a fedex across the street. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel short walk to the mall.

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: That is was so close to the memorials in the Washington DC area, yet so reasonable.
Cons: Room was cold at first. No adjustment available to us to change temp. Maintenance had to close room vent in the ceiling.
Location: The Mall, Washington Monument, White House, etc.
Hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, but not a dive either. Close enough you could walk to most museums or tour sites. Good food in the hotel and available in the area around the hotel as well.

Hotel experience was good but if u have a party of 3 or more don't ride big bus is cheaper and much quicker to take. Cab. It took us 3 hours to get fr zoo to natural history museum.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room.

Hotel is close to the national mall and lots of other tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit out-dated and in need of a re-vamp.

Good price for the location

The room was basic, the bathroom was outdated, but we had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. More importantly, we had a great central location, close to the White House, Smithsonian and restaurants for a much cheaper price than most hotels in the area. The staff are bilingual Sp/En and the guests came from all around the world. I would definitely stay there again.

Very dated.

Hotel is tired and quite dated. F&B quite basic. Breakfast service was slow and unprofessional...not attentive at all. Front desk and bell staff extremely friendly and helpful
