Great stay. Nice and clean except for a broken bulb in the desk lamp which the staff didn't seem to care.

This is a business hotel, but were found it ideal for our family visit to DC. It's a quick 10 min drive to the College Park Metro station and lots of good eateries. Shuttle service was not reliable, especially in the evenings when the staff is only one person, but otherwise was a good stay.

Pros: Everything look very nice and clean
Cons: Have enough key cards available so guest don't have to wait.
Location: TGIF.....right there, nice.
The hotel ran out keys, we had to wait 1/2 hour for staff to go get some??? Other than that everything was okay.

No regular coffee pods in room upon arrival. Called & staff bought up 3. Used them & next day when room was cleaned, coffee not restocked and 1 bar soap of soap missing. Ate breakfast in hotel each morning but staff was not very alert to our needs. Had to ask for coffee even though we had our cups turned up. Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Williamsburg a week or so earlier and it was outstanding!

Pros: Accommodations and friendly staff.
Location: Goddard nasa, Annapolis, U. of Md, and easy access to DC
Clean, comfortable, wonderful with exceptional staff.....Would definitely stay again.

The Jacuzzi tub was amazing. The room was very nice, although someone's left overs were in the refrigerator when I checked in which made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping staff. The individual who checked me in was quite friendly, but when I called to get a wake up call and again to see if I could get a late checkout, the staff were not friendly or courteous at all. Upon asking for a late checkout, I received a "We aren't doing those today. You'll need to be out by Noon." The night was a program reward night, so it was free, but I'm not sure I'll be going back there...

Although the DC area was very cold our room was warm and comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the van transportation to the Metro which was readily fixed by the most pleasant front desk woman who did not complain at being asked to do double duty! The new general manager was very hospitable even handing out Hershey's kisses at breakfast on Valentine's Day. The only thing we missed was our chocolate chip cookie!
