“Nice DC hotel reasonable priced”

This is a nice newer hotel with comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and free internet. It's in a good location close enough to DC to take the Metro but far enough out to be reasonably priced. They provide van service to/from the local metro station until 8:00 pm which was helpful. The B16 bus does come by close if needed. It is right next to a TGI Friday's and down the street from a Wendy's and Safeway. The only thing I didn't care for was the indoor pool and the expensive breakfast if you wanted to eat at the hotel. We bought some breakfast items and used the fridge and microwave in the room. No complaints, this is a nice Hilton and reasonably priced for DC area.

“Excellent location if you go training.”

It's the best location if you go training at the ACE Center. Or you want a location near NASA or NSA Museums.

“Very nice Hotel”

Only spent one night there but everyone was very friendly.The person who checked us in was very accomadating along with the ladies at the breakfast the next morning!

“Excellent, clean hotel with great location”

It was positive, but with one issue. Our reservations were booked well in advance, and we even arrived a bit early before check-in time, but found that the type of room (2 queens) we had reserved was "not available." I found this unacceptable... especially since our only good choice then was to have a roll-a-way bed placed in the room as a replacement for one of the beds. I chose not to be testy over this problem, and the staff offered to upgrade our room to a suite, and also provided a free breakfast for both of us (nice, since it would have cost $10.95/person). I'm still puzzled as to how a reservation is not a reservation. Otherwise... I'd give this hotel a perfect score.

“Greenbelt's finest”

The plan was to attend a 1 day event being held at the hotel and I decided to stay at the hotel and avoid any travel time. Found the staff and hotel outstanding and will do the same again when there's a Greenbelt event.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

Nice and clean with friendly staff. I was attending a conference at Univ of MD and this hotel was located a few minutes driving distance away. I really liked the fitness kits available for check out, and the gym and pool were we maintained as well.
