Great Hotel

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It is next to the freeway but kind of far from a store or food.
Check in was quick and easy. Like that check out time is at noon instead of earlier like other hotels. Loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of items. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I appreciate that there were luggage carts to help get our luggage in our room in one trip.

Clean rooms and facilitieis. Breakfast was plentiful and had more variety than usual. It was really noisy during breakfast due to so many people and the open high ceilings, so some noise control in the beautiful room would really help. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Really comforting after a long drive and hiking in Zion. We stayed a second night because it was nice!

Hotel was great worked well, another room burnt oatmeal in a room and staff took care of the smell.

Nice hotel, close to national parks.

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing needs to change.
Location: Near several national parks, plenty of restaurants.
We only stayed one night here, wish we had stayed several more instead of picking other hotels near the other national parks. Place was near restaurants, Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, only 4 hours from Grand Canyon. Was the nicest hotel we stayed at on the trip.

All of the staff are all smiling and always ready to help you. The food servers in the morning are all efficient and making sure all the food trays are filled and replenished. Good job !

Cleaning Staff

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The hotel is newer and the facilities are well maintained. There were several breakfast choices available which made it nice.
Location: The hotel is with 45 minutes to Zions National Park. You are also close to Snow Canyon and Red Rocks Recreation Areas.
The cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to detail. One one of the days we stayed there, they failed to clean the bath tub. In addition, it took two days and a note for them to resupply the coffee bar.

Posted Jun 10, 2015

Great! Our new favorite place to stay in St. Georg

Posted May 23, 2015
We stay in St. George often when traveling through Utah and this is the only place we will stay now. The rooms are immaculate, nice linens, well kept and great breakfast for something quick. My husband was very impressed with how clean and well designed everything was.

Okay motel in an emergency

Posted Apr 9, 2015
I thought the bed was very uncomfortable. When I tried calling the front desk, there was so much static on the line that I could not hear the clerk, and had to call back on my cell phone. The room was clean but there were lots of stains on the carpets. Internet service was pretty bad, couldn't connect many times. I paid $750. for 4 nights stay, which was way too much for a 2 ½ star motel.
