“Fun hotel with great customer service!”

Great customer service and a fun hotel to stay at. We recommend! Very accommodating with little perks that you happen to stumble on! Different than a normal stuffy hotel, and much more accommodating customer service! Highly recommend! Parking is pricey, but where in NY is it not?

“Hotel Rouge is fun, inexpensive, and very comfy”

We lov ed everything about this hotel. The room decor was funk, with all the furniture having red accents.All was very clean, plush, and the rooms were extremely large. The bar was cool and the staff was extremely accomodating. We loved that our valet parking was free becasue our car was red.

“Wonderful Hotel”

Hotel Rouge was an excellent hotel in D.C. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. (So, don't pay attention to all the garbage listed in other reviews.) They went above and beyond to help us on our first visit to D.C. They printed out maps of a recommended restuarants. Our room was exceptional....the bed was so comfortable. The room was very large. The bathroom had Aveda products as well as super nice leopard and zebra print robes. The iron was even top of the line. Hotel rouge was the closest hotel to home that we've stayed at in a while! We loved it!

“Great Hotel”

Very nice hotel! My wife & I loved the modern decor. The room had several things that you would think all hotels should have (all in new condition): sony cordless phone, sony boombox, free internet (not wireless though), ... Also, we loved that the lobby had complimentary drinks M-F (i think 5-6p) and cold pizza Sat & Sun (11a-12), along with free newspaper. Great location - about a 5 min walk from DuPont circle (subway). We flew into Regan Airport, took the subway to DuPont, walked like 2-3 blocks, and hotel was right there -- no need to rent a car with the nice subway system in DC. Would definitely stay there again!

“Rouge Rocks!”

Just loved this hotel. I am a fan of the Kimpton brand and I have never been let down. The only downside to the trip was that I couldn't stay in the hotel longer and enjoy all the amenities. Room was beautiful, bed was comfy and staff was great. Will definitely stay here again as I am in the DC area quite a bit.

“Well maintained, great location and very friendly staff”

Stayed here for business rather than the Hilton where my meetings were at - an excellent decision. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Most importantly, the location was perfect - a quick walk to my meeting in one direction and then to great neighborhoods (Logan Circle, Dupont Circle) in the other direction

“Hotel Rouge - a quiet surprise!”

we spent one week at this hotel and found the location to be excellent. It is within easy walking distance to Dupont Circle,the Metro, shopping and restaurants. Our room was more then spacious, extremely quiet, and well appointed. We never heard other guests on either side above or below us. Staff was curteous and helpful. We will try other hotels in this cahin in other cities based on ur stay in D.C.

“A fantastically, quirky hotel”

A stay that will remain in my memory....for all of the right reasons. Location - convenient to DuPont Circle/Downtown area. Decor - electic and fun. And the service was great.
