Cozy house off the free way (Washington North)

Pros: I came to love it when I left the hotel.
Cons: The dishes for the breakfast: we need some Chinese food.
Location: It's near the free way and rather convenient for the traveler. It'll be rather enjoyable to take a walk around after supper.
The biggest problem with it is perhaps its location--it isn't in the downtown area. As a poor driver who is not good at finding the way, I wasted quite some time before I got to the hotel. But it can be one of the attractions to most people: tranquil, beautiful, and easy to get on the free way. Free parking, free WiFi, and free breakfast are some of the sources for its excellency.

They wouldn't turn on the heat so I was freezing all night

Guest comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to see you were not comfortable during your stay. We should have provided additional blankets or a heater for you. We have turned the heat off for the season since the temperatures are above a certain degree during the day we are back on a/c now. Please let us know next time and we'll be happy to provide additional covers to keep you comfortable.

Only positive thing was the complimentary breakfast. Waffle maker, fruit, bagels, cereal, Coffee/tea

Noisy, Noisy and Noisy

Pros: Serving pasta at dinner.
Cons: A non-smoking room still smells smoke. It need to be refreshed up to smell.
Location: We just found convenient for commute to DC downtown.
This hotel seems to be in great location for commuting to and from downtown DC (about 13min. commute). However people who stayed there isn't respectful to others. Very noisy in the hallway at night and in the early morning. At the breakfast, I was making a pancake while waiting for being baked, a guy came over asking me to hurry up. That's rude! Doesn't he know that there is nothing can be hurried when comes to cooking? It was great that the hotel serve us pasta at the evening. This saved us for a trip to grocery store for a snack.

Staff was excellent. Transportation options was a plus. No cable working first day or A/C. Breakfast was basic.

The Shuttle Service

The rooms were your standard hotel rooms. What made this place special was their shuttle service to the metro! Allowed us to keep the car at the hotel. They even picked us back up! And we were even able to use it the day we checked out! Made the DC trip more affordable and effortless

Excellent Customer Service

The Manager she's Pregnant was very helpful and polite. I forgot her name. She went above and beyond. Also Sean he was the night manager and the crew he relieved they were so helpful as well You have an A plus rating Team, because of them I would definitely visit there again. Thanks Morning, Evening and Night Crew. STAY ENCOURAGED.......

Comfort away from home

The staff was knowledgeable, cordial, and respectful. I requested a blanket and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The Breakfast was great a variety of foods to chose. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was a breeze it took about 5 minutes. The Location was wonderful.
