The Shuttle Service

The rooms were your standard hotel rooms. What made this place special was their shuttle service to the metro! Allowed us to keep the car at the hotel. They even picked us back up! And we were even able to use it the day we checked out! Made the DC trip more affordable and effortless

Excellent Customer Service

The Manager she's Pregnant was very helpful and polite. I forgot her name. She went above and beyond. Also Sean he was the night manager and the crew he relieved they were so helpful as well You have an A plus rating Team, because of them I would definitely visit there again. Thanks Morning, Evening and Night Crew. STAY ENCOURAGED.......

Comfort away from home

The staff was knowledgeable, cordial, and respectful. I requested a blanket and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The Breakfast was great a variety of foods to chose. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was a breeze it took about 5 minutes. The Location was wonderful.

Not bad...

Staff was outstanding and room was clean. Only negative was an obnoxious "neighbor" that wouldn't keep it down and another guest made a mess in the hallway overnight and didn't bother to pick it up. Certainly not the staff's fault but guests could stand to be a bit more responsible.

Just a few towels in the bathroom

It was good. The curtain in the shower should be replace, it has three big big holes

Worse than the pictures showed

It was a rundown hotel which was depicted better online than it actually was! Poor location, poor entrance, poor condition of the hotel. Should not be classified as a 3 star hotel! Should be 2 stars! Staff was wonderful and friendly!

Horrifying experience / Waste of money

Old & dirty Window curtains stripped & faded Noisy aircon/heater Dirty bed Sheets Pillows are horrible Dirty carpet Washroom clogged / NO fan Phone like 60's Old facilities Room look like abandon hotel Seriously.. looks scary abandon hotel Didn't sleep at all.. For real No exaggeration Book & experience if u want

Uncomfortable

We did not have any heat in our room and it was Dec 20th. We checked in late because we got there after a football game, so we at first thought it was because it had just been turned off all day. But no, that was not the case and we were exhausted so we ended up sleeping in the clothes we wore to the football game.

Graet place to stay!

Clean rooms, excellent service from staff, but not the greatest location for convenience, although they have a shuttle bus. Can't forget, good breakfast selection.
