“slept so well”
Enjoyed my stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. Makes me want to get a new bed. Pillows were fabulous.
“Good choice, good location”
The hotel is well located, both for access to DC Metro and Bethesda/Silver Spring. The parking is not great; they charge $10/day to visitors, but $15/day to hotel guests, for the privilege of driving in and out. WiFi also has a charge.
“Impressed”
Impressed with all facets of the hotel. Will definately stay there again.
“Not a Hyatt I would expect”
Hotel in excellent very convenient location however this is not a hotel I would expect. It definitely need major renovation. There are less famous name hotels around that offer better service.
“decent”
noisy rooms. Air gets stale at night.
“good for tourist”
Its facility and service is good. It's located on the Bethesda Metro station and very convenient for tourist.
“Loved the hotel”
Everything was fine with very friendly staff. Only complaint was the room was very small
“Great Experience!!!”
The staff was friendly, loved the view, and everything was nice and clean, just a shame that there wasn't a fridge inside the room and you have to pay for parking. Other then that, everything else was perfect and would definitely go back again
“Nice Hotel in Bethesda”
Great location. Nice comfortable rooms. Would be nice to have daily newspapers delivered at no charge, and to have better towels in the bathroom.
“Perfect Location”
perfect location if your riding the metro!!! Hotel doesnt have parking for larger or taller vehicles. parking is not free!!!
