Wonderful place to stay.

Loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful. There was a complimentary shuttle to take you to the subway. We were there to visit Washington which was only a 35 minute ride so we did not have to drive our car. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Pros: The staff is very helpful and professional. The room service is prompt and pleasant. Beautiful lobby area.
Location: There is shopping nearby and plenty of food options.
My wife and I have been to Maryland to visit our son who is attending UMD. Over the last month or so we've may several trips to the area and stayed at different hotels. This hotel is the best by far......hands down !!!

Poor restaurant selection in area not as advertised. Hotel restaurant for breakfast was disappointing. Room was poorly renovated. One of the shower doors was not operable and the other was unable to fully close.

Lovely and reasonably priced

We booked this hotel last minute, and it turned out very well. While it was not in the center of DC, the hotel offered complimentary rides to the orange metro line. The concierge staff was helpful and friendly--especially Hashley.

Not bad for the price

Nothing special about rooms. Phone didn't work & staff did not fix it. Breakfast was poor even for free.

Fine for a few days

Pros: free parking, free breakfast, free wifi.
Cons: Cleanliness, attitude.
After a few ours from checking into our room, we noticed some water leaking from the ceiling lights. We called the front desk and they changed the room for us. Other than that the stay was mostly okay.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They let us keep our car in the parking lot after we checked out so we could ride the metro into DC. Room was clean and spacious, everything was clean. I'd totally stay here again.

Easy access to interstate

Hotel was under renovations while we were there. Even tho the hotel seemed busy with lots of guests, we were not disturbed with excess noise and such. The only problem we had with the room was not enough hot water but when we asked about it we had plenty the remainder of the stay.

Great location, right off of the highway.

Pros: The lobby agent
Cons: The breakfast could have been set up better so that the guest could take advantage of it and not go out to get breakfast at McDonalds. :-(
Location: small shopping center
When I got off the elevator the hallway smelled. The room had no toiletries and after the second flush the toilet over flood and I had to use towels to get the water up and then wait from someone to come up and do whatever he did to get the water to go down. When I came down for breakfast the next morning it was sooo crowded you couldn't even get in to get a slice of toast. I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very nice, even though he was by himself and large group of non English speaking people (maybe 20 more more) were checking in at the same time. But the lobby agent handle it graciously and with a smile.
