I thought at first that I booked a hotel (Expedia.ca is very clear about this) but after I received the confirmation I've seen that it was about an apartment. First impression was great: a huge bed, everything was very clean, we had all the utensils to prepare a meal (which by the way saved us a lot), etc.
The place is quiet and is placed in an established neighborhood. Not to many European restaurants at walking distance (but plenty of Vietnamese). The Metro station is not quite far, about 10 minutes walking. And Washington DC city center is about 20 minutes away.
Definitely a great place to stay when you're on budget.
