Don't even consider considering this hotel.

On our way to Washington we planned to stay in this hotel.Two reasons contributed for that. One was the rate card of $92/night and other was it was near to DC yet outside the town. But the hotel was way too pathetic. Starting from checking in, the staff allocated a smoking room even though we have booked for non-smoking room. And getting to the toom aaahhhh!!!!!... Crap smoke smell...The bathroom door doesn't have a lock at all. Remember we were a family. Somehow we adjusted as it was for a single day and the next thing was the noise outside at . Somewhere around 3 I heard people yelling outside our rooms.Even overheard a highlevel p**n which lasted for 2 hours and then someone came and shouted. Overall a very bad stay....

Cons: The mold problem needs to be addressed as soon as possible
I booked this hotel for 4 of my employees as they were working in the area, One of the rooms they were given had Mold growing on the walls ! The manager was not very nice, they were after much complaining given a different room. I will never book this hotel again.

Stayed here during a snow storm. Sat in lobby from 11pm-6:30 am b4 we could check in. Room was ready. CSR left my BF and I alone several times for hrs, was rude. Never got his name. This place is the worst!!

Cons: all of it. one excepts a Quality Inn to be clean and warm.
Location: plenty nearby.
the room was freezing, graffiti on walls. pillows weren't even full size. wallpaper ripped off in bathroom. outlets and coffee pot not working.
