Pros: cleanness of the room.
Cons: Food services should be improved.
Location: vacant lot across the streets. Sidewalk not available.
I had requested an inside room and it was not assigned as was told. Also, the food is undesirable. the dinning facility was small and was not accommodating. I did not stay there for the breakfast food. the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room I was assigned inside was very clean. I stayed Wednesday through Friday night and checked out on Saturday morning at noon.

Good food and big pool, but the staff is so so.

The hotel comfort is very basic. The pool is big enough. The location is convenient. The breakfast is more then just basic.

FD was challenged getting room keys working

Parking at night was difficult, how about a list of area restaurants? Pool hours very limited, no one who goes to DC for day can use it. Maintenance of facility not good.

Brought in group of students to visit colleges.

Pros: Check in with group. Rooms assigned as requested. I've done group visits to various hotels and this one was the easiest and fastest.
Cons: It was fine for the price. Perhaps more variety in vending machines.
Location: WashingtonDC. We went to Goddard Space Center, Catholic University, Univ. of Md at College Park, Holocaust Museum, Washington Mall. Chinese Buffet.
Group check in very smooth. Staff accommodating and attentive. Clean room. Not fancy but fit our needs.

Decent Choice

We stayed 4 nights in late June. Room was clean, towels were nice, king bed was clean and comfortable; room A/C was good as was TV and program selection. For breakfast there were items uncommon to those normally provided by hotels in this class: yogurt and small sausage breakfast sandwiches along with the usual cereals, pastries, and breads. Not all items were available throughout the b-fast time. Interactions with the staff were varied; the night clerk for our arrival was pretty mundane, certainly not friendly and welcoming; the lady there in the morning was unfriendly one time and quite friendly the next. Overall, this is a good value and good place to stay in College Park, MD. Just don't expect a staff that seems glad to see you as a guest.

Pros: I spent very little time there except to sleep.
Cons: Invest in upgrades and updates and expand the continental breakfast area to have at least half a dozen tables.
Location: Easy access to the Greenbelt Metro stop. The only true advantage this facility has is proximity to highways and public transportation.
An old complex on a very busy street. The room I stayed in had an inadequate air conditioner, worn carpet, and overall the look and feel of a place being milked for room rentals with minimal upkeep. The continental breakfast "nook" had exactly two tables—crowded and uncomfortable way to begin each day.

Nice place to stay...

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Location and the front desk to readiness to help.
Cons: Mildew smell in the rooms
Location: The area has a wide varity of places to eat, That's a very good thing.
Overall this was a good place. My concern, is I spotted some local thugs traveling thru the lot eyeballing cars. other than that it was a nice place. I must also mention the breakfast area was to small for the influx of ppl trying to eat at the same time. the staff handled it well. When things ran out they were there to replace it. Good Job Housing staff.

Good basic accommodations at an affordable price

Posted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, basic, but quite adequate accommodations, with a staff that was very helpful.
Cons: One tiny suggestion: fix the noisy bathroom fan.
Location: I spent most of my time at nearby University of Maryland, which is very accessible by bus. There are many low-brow restaurants on Baltimore Ave.
My four-night stay at Ramada Limited, College Park, was excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and in nearly perfect order (with a tiny exception of a noisy bathroom fan), the maid service left the room in impeccable condition each day, and the free continental breakfast was very good with an array of bagels, commercial cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and coffee. I found many guests taking advantage of the continental breakfast, and with good reason. Most important, I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful in helping me with bus schedules and driving directions. The room and service were perfect for my needs, and I paid an exceptionally competitive price, the best with only a single exception that I could find in the College Park area. On this occasion, at least, it would be hard to beat Ramada Limited's accommodations for me.
