This hotel was nice for the money you pay. The staff was very nice. Check out times are very prompt although. Housekeeping came around at 10:43 and checkout was 11am. I was loading stuff into the car and when I went to go back in the key didn’t work.

The staff was great and accommodating. I just wish housekeepers would still check in with their stay overs for towels but for the price you can’t really beat the quality. Them being pet friendly is also a major plus for me. Would recommend for clean pet owners on a budget.

I have never given a bad review, but here is one. 1. When I entered the room, there was a stale smell which caused nausea 2. There was an opened used beer left in the fridge 3. Overall experience was not great because of the smell & did not feel the place was cleaned up. 4. Not to complain, but the front desk staffs were not appreciable and there was one other person entering to do something which created an unsecurity

We arrived early, after a hour drive and were not allowed to check in early. Not expected, but it would have been nice. The people in the room next to us were smoking pot constantly, so much that my car reeked from the air coming in the exchange. We weren't in our room much, so I'm not too concerned about the conditions, but the customer service was lacking.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It is dirty and very unkept. They say no smoking but if you get into the rooms you feel the smell of cigarette smoking everywhere. The rooms are so dirty and it has bed bugs

The bed was in bad shape. The towels had holes in it. Our door cards did not work after the first day. The manager was not around to open the door. We had to wait 20 minutes for him to come. It took 20 minutes to get hot water.

This place was horrible.
We stayed from Friday to Sunday. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk so after waiting and knocking I called the 877 number and they called the managers cell. Get into the room and pull back the blanket and there is trash balled up under the blanket. The maid changed the sheets but they were still disgusting. We went and bought our own sheets. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up and the dirt that came up was unbelievable. On Saturday afternoon the hot water heater broke so there was no hot water. I was so happy to get a hot shower on Sunday but even happier to check out. I have stayed at some very nice, well kept Red Roof Inns. This one was absolutely disgusting.
