“Not a good Value”

We reserved a King bed, but were given a room with two beds, a stain on rug and one key that did not work. The room was changed and it was clean, but they only supplied one key. The restaurant was small, part of the bar and expensive. Also, I will never understand why the more expensive hotels charge for Wi-Fi? We had a better experience at a near by Holiday Inn.

“Been to better”

I am an avid Sheraton fan but was not impressed. Stayed here to be in central location between outlet and six flags. Hotel was just ok. Carpet was soaked from a/c; very stained. Most of the fixtures, walls looked old/worn just with new paint. The room was freezing even when we kept turning the temp down and even left out for a few hours. Had to shut it off. I paid extra for the continental breakfast. Hours that it was available was not posted. When we got there (more than an hour before it ended), we were told that there were a bunch of kids that came through and wiped everything out. We asked if they would replenish and were told no. We asked if we could go downstairs and get the breakfast and were told "probably not, especially if they were busy". Online (tv) checkout didnt work; got no statement prior to leaving. Elevators were "jerky". Doors closed very quickly. My party of four couldn't all make it in without someone running in and holding the doors open. Hotel was right off of exit with local shopping center across the street. About 20-30 mins from DC city, 20+ mins from outlet; 20+ mins from six flags. I'm sure I will not stay here again.

“Great Hotel, Not Convenient to DC”

Sheratons are very nice hotel, and this one is no exception. It is close to the highway, has plenty of parking, and is close to a shopping center. The biggest downside is simply not being convenient to DC. It took me over almost 90 minutes each day to get to/from here to the Georgetown area. As I said, great hotel, not at all convenient to downtown DC.

“Will Not Return to another Sheraton...”

Accomodations werre fine except being nickel and dimed for everything. One cup of coffee was available in the room but if you went downstairs for a cup of coffee or cereal you had to pay. There was never enough towels in the room and when I requested additional towels, there were never delivered. Internet was available in the main lobby at no charge but if you wanted it in your room, you, AGAIN, had to pay for it. There are plenty of other Hotels that provide everything I indicated. Sheraton will not get my business again.

“Delighted with upgrade”

The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy when we were upgraded to a suite. We had a very pleasant restful stay.

“Excellent room service”

The room was very nice. TV could use better channels, but not too bad. Room service was excellent. with more than enough to eat brought up. Food was good but a little pricey.

“very convenient location, room kept very clean, attentive and friendly staff”

My stay was very satisfactory-the staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any needs. The hotel itself was kept up to Sheraton standards, and my room, although small was very well appointed with all needs met. Special mention and thanks for the refridgerator and microwave....VERY handy for tired nights when going out to dinner was a little to much....didn't have to! Also, room quiet considering the highway was in close proximety. I'll be staying there again.
